Hm. Bit of a tough one.
I know a certain pissboy supposedly used to eat elk as a kid (or so his parents had told him it was elk - the meat had been gifted to them by a friend who went hunting, some excess he had or something, coulda been any animal. He says it was elk, though, and who am I to crush his dreams?) - it was just the way anyone would cook a dish with ground meat. It's been so long though I don't think he remembers much of the experience.
Though if I may suggest - perhaps use it in tacos? 🌮 🦌 🌮 🦌
