i have a new shifting method called the dafuq method, where i dont give a fuq. i lay on my bed and dont give a fuq. i listen to a guided meditation but honestly, i dont really need it because i dont give a fuq. i know im shifting, and none of my other thoughts matter because i dont give a fuq about them.

Oh, there's a lot to say, but let's put it shortly, okay? Daugther of Poseidon, Hecate legacy, immortality, curse... Ugh. makes my head hurt already.

Alaa is a daugther of Poseidon, blessed with Hecate's legacy, cursed with immortality by her own father. The God of the seas couldn't care less about her, he has many other unwanted children... But she had Hecate's legacy, he needs her near to fight his wars, forever.

Everyone around her slowly dissapeared, what best than distracting youself, right? Try a hundred years being a fortune teller and a witch, had to use Hecate's gift to earn a living... Another fifty years being a princess, ha! it's fun to control people's mind into thinking you're royalty... Take some hundred years off in an island, never bad for your heath i guess... Now, let's live underwater for another two hundred years, fun, but the fish don't have anything interesting to say... and more and more and more years of distractions, until she found something that felt more like destiny rather tthan just a simple distraction...

The bracelet method

disclaimer: remember that you dont need a method! its just an optional tool, after all the ability to shift is all up to you, you decide how and when you want to shift.

So I created this method to have a more phsyical approach on shifting, I personally have shifted twice with my method within a week! so if you try it please let me know and also if you share it on different plattforms, dont forget to credit me please.

now lets actually get into it

chose an object of your choice, preferably a lightweight object that you can carry throughout the day ( think a ring, necklace , a braclet...)

got your object? great, now assoicate that object with shifting and shifting only. Think deeply, affirm, visualize, journal about it but make sure that you know that whenever you wear that object of your choice, you will shift. period.

now you can just go to sleep or take a nap (or use it as an awake method) and wake up in your DR!

From now on everytime your wear that object you will shift, regardless of your emotions. Even if your not motivated or forgot that you wanted to shift in the first place, just know you will shift and if you dont? just say “I have shifted”, thats it. fake it till you make it eventually your 3d has to catch up.

so thats the method, Im really curious if any of you are willing to try this out, if so, please please please let me know :)

Luna lovegood is a good example of how anti-shifters or just the average person sees shifters/people who are spiritual.

Luna herself is delightful (quite literally my bestest friend in the entire multiverse) but the fact that everyone else calls her weird and loony all the time and nobody seems to make much of an effort to connect with her on a human level speaks to me personally as someone who’s always looked outside the box/carried non-traditional beliefs.

the way these people do not care about anything she has to say/are immune to taking her seriously simply because she’s different. She thinks differently, acts differently, speaks differently, etc etc etc. god, it triggers me so much.
