Every day is scary at the moment. I’m never sure what’s going to happen when I get into the hospital. Where I’m even going to be working, as we have to move where the need is at the moment.

What I do know. Is every single day. I will wake up and have a dance while getting dressed to shake it off, I will scream along to Enchanted and All Too Well (amongst many other classics) on the drive to work, and will play Lover on repeat whenever i get chance and it gets me through the hard days and it makes the good days even better.

You’ve been with me since I was fifteen in all the good times and the tough ones. Now is one of those tough ones, but the Lover album is getting me through it as your music always does.

Dude. I’m just so fucking grateful for Taylor and the memories I’ve had in the past 10 years due to her impact. Like, my 9 year old self needed a friend, and her music offered that. I needed a way to escape during the shit fest that’s middle school and Taylor on tubmlr offered that. These past 10 years have been so rocky but I know my day can be made a tiny bit better if I press shuffle on her discography.

Dear Taylor,

I'm a nurse and have been off work for four months on disability because I broke my arm. I finally went back to work a few weeks ago on light duty and then this Coronavirus thing started and now I'm posted in the front of the hospital screening everyone who comes in for the virus. My parents are also off work without pay and I am helping them. I'm grateful that I have a job and will never ask you or anyone for money. All I want is your autograph because I'm still bummed out about missing out on the signed Lover album booklets because I was at work. 😔😔😔

Last min of free time before suiting up this morning I took this picture to remind myself (and anyone else that needs it) that we are going to be ok. Yes it is scary. Yes it is hard. No we dont have all the answers. But we are all in this together. And together we can help one another through anything.
