anyway the fact that artists who aren’t even in taylor’s immediate social circle (gwen, britney, rihanna, miley, etc.) are unfollowing sc*oter shows that this isn’t just something taylor related—it’s holistically and all around disturbing and unfair.

hate her or love her, no artist deserves to have their entire repertoire bought by someone who aided in the “takedown” of their career after they tried to purchase it themselves and were denied the right to do so by someone who they TRUSTED, but who only cared about money.

not to mention the simple fact that said artist is the MAIN reason (and perhaps even the sole reason) why a record label became as big as it did only to have the label head (the aforementioned person they trusted) turn their backs on them entirely. betrayal at its finest.
