As LGBTQ+ we also have the right to happy endings, and we also have the right to our own fairy tales.

And while for the most part, we've been allowed to tell the story of our tragedies, we've not been able really to tell the story of our triumphs and our our our hopes.

Nicholas expressions are priceless 💖 We are so lucky he has been cast as Henry.

I wonder which generation responded the most to ❤️🤍👑💙 I got the feeling that to be touched in such a deep place by this film, one must have experienced decades of frustration because of negative, obscene or hateful LGBT representations 🖤 Kind of denial of simple common feelings that every human being can experiment.

It makes me thoughtful 🤔

I'm very appreciative for 💝🤍👑💙 but I can't deny a degree of sadness that I didn't have such characters to love as a child 💔

Nicholas Galitzine on Henry

I think the important think for me, was to let Matthew Lòpez know that I loved who Henry was as a person and I empathise with him as a character. 

I wanted to deliver as honest a performance as I could, never a caricature.

We were on the same page in trying to create a very textured, vulnerable feeling person, in this sort of quite poppy and fun world that ❤️🤍 & 👑💙 is at time. 

I put a lot into Henry and I hope fans will appreciate my performance.

Prince Henry's intonations and intentions are beyond the nobility of his royal blood 🩸👑

Henry mails may be occasionally vulgar, but is thoughts and feelings are noble and idealistic 🧡 « You love so much bigger than yourself, bigger than everything » Alex says in the book. 📖

Matthew Lopez says that Nicholas refuses to read the book because he wanted to be true to the script and his acting uninfluenced. God, Nicholas understand Henry like they are the same person.

Red White & Royal Blue ❤️🤍👑💙 is a daring, entertaining novel turned into a Timeless fairytale by movie director Matthew Lopez.  

Actors, Taylor Zahkar Perez and Nicholas Galitzine sublimated Alex and Henry love story, giving their performance something visceral, incisive, exacerbated physicality that never fail to show tenderness.

“I do think that it is in fairy tales that we actually allow ourselves to articulate the world we would love to see, or live in. I hope that this film proves that it is possible to engage in fairytale storytelling… and then look at the audience and say, ‘Why can’t this be true?
