Hint #224: Last Laugh
This is a bit of a callback to earlier puzzles. No hints otherwise.

If you want a sixth, consider an anagram of the word IRONED.

Hint #219: Silly Set
If you work out two or three of them, the remainder should fall into place. The easiest ones are 1 and 4.

Hint #216: Rotten Rebuses
You know what, you shouldn’t need a hint for this one. All I’ll say is that three of them are desserts and leave it at that.

Hint #215: Trivia Time II
These will all fall to a bit of research, but I should clarify a couple of things here.
Question 4: I’ve added a small clarifier to the question that wasn’t present in CJ’s original version. Not a hint, just giving credit where it’s due.
Question 6: if you replace “Australia” with “the USA”, the answer would be either 49 or 50 - the contiguous 48 states plus the District of Columbia, and possibly Alaska. Hawaii and Puerto Rico do not count; while they are officially (respectively) a state and a territory of the US, they are not part of the mainland. Alaska is subjective.
Question 8: “CE” and “AD” are synonymous, except that “CE” is written after the year whereas “AD” is written beforehand.

Hint #214: Mixed Munchies
The first and fourth sets cannot be found naturally and must be made, either manufactured or hand-made.
The second and third sets can be found in nature and eaten immediately.
The fifth set is a set of adjectives that still pertain very strongly to foodstuffs.

Eve has a Bachelor’s degree in information technology (though it’s not necessary to have one to solve the puzzle!)
Ali is a bit of an “anachronism” (his words, not mine) and likes old sayings.
Elijah is a critic.
