Y'all remember that very brief moment in Book of Circus when Ciel was sick in bed and he and Sebastian communicated by touching each other's hand? Because the realization hit me that they must have practised that. I believe they were tapping each others palm though I keep (mis?)remembering it as them drawing letters into each others palm via fingertip. Either way they must have previously practized to do that. They must have sat together touching each others hands and then guessing what message the other tapped/wrote. And promptly my brain came up with the idea of tiny little deary Ciel procrastining on going to bed Because he's scared of nightmares and Sebastian staying with him late in the evening, writing nonsense into his palm for him to decode until Ciel falls asleep. Maybe this happening not long after the contract was formed, when they are still new to each other and Sebastian is so confused as to how soft he feels inside when Ciel trusts him to touch him and comfort him with his presence, while Ciel feels so lonely and vulnerable and terrified but he finds a solace in Sebastian that he would never dare to call such and can't handle so he finds the excuse of "What if on some mission we can't talk out loud to each other but need to communicate?" not just as an excuse to give to Seb but to give himself too, internally denying that he really asked for it just for the feeling of comfort he finds in touching Sebastian's big warm hand and in turn carefully having his hand gently touched by Seb. And he has no idea he falls asleep with his little hand lying in Sebastian's. And Sebastian can't bring himself to leave his sleeping Master nor to let go of his hand all night long.

Post canon SVSSS AU where Shen Jiu is reincarnated and grows up as a street child (not a slave this time!) who has the memories of his previous life. He learns that Shen Qingqiu is still alive and decides to investigate, so he goes to Cang Qiong Mountain to become a disciple and possibly out the imposter Peak Lord

He is accepted onto Qing Jing Peak and is eventually noticed by Shen Qingqiu, but instead of recognizing Shen Jiu as the original goods, Shen Qingqiu sees a feral child he finds absolutely adorable

He becomes his new favorite disciple and absolutely dotes on him by giving him sweets and helping him cultivate (which thank God bc this time Shen Jiu doesn't develop a faulty core)

Yue Qingyuan also learns about the new disciple who reminds him of his Xiao-Jiu much more than Shen Qingqiu does, and he tries to poach him for his own peak, which Shen Qingqiu does not like and he keeps fighting him off whenever Yue Qingyuan tries to lure Shen Jiu to Qiong Ding using sweets

Shen Jiu is completely confused by this, because he thought Yue Qingyuan didn't care for him and would prefer sweeter Shen Qingqiu, and he thought the imposter would be more nefarious but is some sort of nice but clueless guy???

Anyway it would either be Luo Binghe or Shang Qinghua who discovers who Shen Jiu really is and it causes all sorts of drama in the sect

Shen Yuan is the third son of a prosperous merchant family — jianghu and cultivators? That's far below his family's standards; they know just enough to stay young and stunning, not enough to be immortal

His family trade silks to nobles and royal houses, and sometimes, secrets and rumors. Rumors are paid for in gold and blood, and Shen Yuan grows up learning that sometimes they claim the lives of newbors, like the one his mother lost years before his own birth

Shen Yuan is in mediocre health – something about having been attempted to poison when he was a baby. His cultivation keeps the poison at bay! Although until he learned how to cultivate, well... He uses a cane for a reason

All his life after he has been the weak and sickly child— Now as an adult, he actually still is. Although he has already established his own business dealing in books, paper and gossip, with his small, well-appointed house and loyal servants, Shen Yuan still doesn't leave the house much. He's quite prone to getting tangled up with poisonous flowers or aphrodisiac-stinging insects! And he doesn't want any of that, thanks! He doesn't want to get a wife! Not because he doesn't want to get married—what young man wouldn't want a good marriage? It's just that, well... Shen Yuan knows himself

He actually knows that he will not be a good husband: he can provide financially and that will be enough for many women, but to make them happy? Being able to raise a family? No, no. Shen Yuan is in poor health and has a fragile heart. He's not up to that kind of trot

Fate doesn't seem to tell him the same thing when a child falls on his doorstep. Shen Yuan notes: a spoiled brat dressed in elegant robes. Definitely a young master from a wealthy family running away from home. But he's no more than ten years old!

Anyway, Shen Yuan serves him some soup, brushes his hair, talk to the little troublemaker, gives him some money to pay for transportation, and tells him to go home. There is nothing so serious that it cannot be solved by talking! (even if Shen Yuan doesn't follow his own advice, he knows it's good advice!)

It doesn't take too many days from the child's going home until he returns to his doorstep. This time, however, accompanied by someone who is clearly his father, because they are carbon copies of each other. Shen Yuan stands, tremblingly supported by his cane, not understanding who this handsome man is and why he is looking at him as if he wants to eat him alive

Well!! Shen Yuan has soup to offer and many questions to answer! And the handsome man introduces himself as Luo Binghe, Emperor of the Three Realms... And Shen Yuan has no idea who he is. Wait, wait. Is he kidding? As far as Shen Yuan remembers, that is not the Emperor's name and he is not that... Young and handsome either

It's fine, Shen Yuan doesn't care. The man isn't kind, but he's grateful, something of a favor that must be paid—Shen Yuan has no idea why! He sent the boy home, he did what anyone would have done! He didn't even accompany him back, although he kept an eye on which carriage he got into and made sure it was a reliable coachman

Anyway, anyway. Shen Yuan extends an invitation to lunch which is extended to Luo Binghe preparing a dinner and then the servants of his house preparing the guest rooms and... Well, Shen Yuan could have made a friend in a crazy rich cultivator with a son who doesn't know how to control who calls himself the Emperor. Should he do some research into the cultivation world he lives in and from which his family so jealously kept him away?

And then SQQ and SQH just pass the f out, completely ragdoll, mid-meeting. They're only out for like 5 minutes but this does result in them spending the rest of their day getting fussed over by MQF.

I've isolated myself socially for a while, but I have a new wip bingyuan emperor!luo binghe x dilf-cultivator!shen yuan that starts with:

After much pondering, Luo Binghe has the fatal discovery that he doesn't like children. Sadly, at that point in the meditation, he already has at least more than a dozen of them. Don't misunderstand this Emperor. Luo Binghe adores the existence of children; when he sees one running around his gardens, he smiles involuntarily. When he sees little girls tripping over the hems of their dresses, he wants to laugh and arrange the robes around their tiny bodies. When he sees disheveled little heads and smiles with little milk teeth missing, he actually has this strong urge to… And that's the problem. Luo Binghe hasn't had a good childhood. Abandoned at birth, raised in poverty, mocked and humiliated, he learned love from an overly old mother who died too early, leaving behind only a fake jade jewel that was later taken from him. The list of humiliations is as long and unpleasant as his revenge. So, Luo Binghe really has no idea how to be a good father. Or a father at all.

Just let me get a couple of chapters ahead with other wips and I'll probably upload it to ao3, ehehehe

Yet another example of Sebastian being overly smug until the second Ciel decides to rely on someone else for help. I think if someone opened the door for Ciel before Sebastian could offer Seb would have a heart attack and die on the spot.

SVSSS AU/fic prompt where either before Jin Lan city or after SQQ is in mushroom body Binghe contacts SQQ via dreams and the pair get their shit together they talk and Binghe finds out about system.

They've sorted it out and now both want to reunite, SQQ now has no murder worries and he misses his white/slightly blackened lotus.... only whenever he get s a little close system reactivates from being near Luo Binghe and he's able to get away but... he can't be close to Luo Binghe or system will fully activate and as he's revealed everything they'll be instant punishment.

So the two only communicating via dreams as Binghe desperately tries to find a way to kill every trace of system because 'I NEED TO BE NEAR SHIZUN! YOU BASTARD!'

Sha Hualing and Mobei Jun are on Shizun protection duty since Luo Binghe can't be close... mostly Sha Hualing because Mobei Jun keep wandering over to Shang Qinghua.

Sha Hualing is just there watching SQQ like 'this man makes no sense... hoe does he know so much... the fuck...also why do i want head pats?'

SVSSS AU where SY transmigrates while SJ is with Wu Yanzi after a qi deviation SJ has.

Wu Yanzi sees Shen Jiu after deviation is like 'welp no longer useful... i'm gonna trade him to demons for some useful artifacts' and Shen Yuan ends up in demon realm, and he is like 'Yes! You know what this is good away from death flags and look at all these awesome creatures'

The demons are just staring at this little cultivator who knows WAY to much, about beasts within the abyss, ancient artifacts that they thought lost forever about all different types off demons/creatures just far to much.

Collectively decide he's either a god or a seer or something... and maybe they should do something about it but... he's just...nice. To nice and also they don't want to end up accidentally killing a god and getting wrath of heavens turned on them.

So Shen Jiu is just freely roaming around demon realm and ends up bonding and picking up collection of little demons because 'Why are you dropping these poor kids in the middle of wilderness poor little buns'. He has baby Mobei Jun and Baby Sha Hualing following him around like ducklings and he totally uses knowledge of artifacts and plants ect to make sure the two are safe.

They have both has Shen Yuan for 5 minutes and if anything hurts their new big brother/father they will kill everyone here and then themselves.

When Tanlang jun is sealed away, Shen Jiu sees all the chaos and somehow ends up de-facto leader, especially cause he's like 'No Tailang Jun has an heir he'll show up eventually and you'll all be fucked so calm the down and play nice. He's just keeping things together easier for when Luo Binghe shows up cause he's protagonist sop surely he'll come for his birthright and hopefully because no SQQ there he'll have a happier childhood and hopefully a happier ending.

Things process with Luo Binghe ending up as head disciple of Bai Zhan.

Eventually there are rumors of a demon king who is not actually a demon and the peak are investigating when Sha Hualing does her invasion because 'Stay the fuck away from our Shen Yuan you cultivators' there's a huge fight and Shen Yuan ends up showing up with Mobei Jun (he told on her and teleported them there)

Everyone is shocked at this cultivator being in charge of them all and all the demons listening to him. And the wifebeam is in full effect.

Yue Qingyuan shows up and 'Xiao-Jiu??'he is awestruck his Xiao-Jiu is actually alive he's thought he was dead for years.

Liu Qingge is shocked at being saved by this random cultivator who is colluding with demons, but he whose him a debt as he saved him.

Luo Binghe is so confused this cultivator showed up saved him and knew his name. Called him Binghe and smiled at him. He has so many questions.

Mobei Jun and Sha Hualing are not happy at all. Well mostly Sha Hualing as Mobei Jun is distracted smitten with some random peak lord.

(Shang Qinghua has no idea what happened to his story Mobei Jun never showed up, no SQQ, where is his plot? his system is confused Shang Qinghua is confused...and for some reason he feels the urge to blame peerless cucumber)

Luo Binghe showing up in demon realm and like, demon emperor ok...does...does Shen Yuan come as empress?he's basically already running it that's part of deal right? and then has the entire demon realm giving him shovel talk because they all adore Shen Yuan.

The first time Sebastian put his coat on Ciel - or did he put Ciel in his coat? 🤔 - was out of necessity.

And then he realised that he likes seeing his bocchan in his coat. So, he did it again.

This time, he tried to... but Ciel refused.

But of course, in the end, he did it anyway (again, this one is out of necessity)

Side note: Just look at his face... and that tiny hand...

He didn't stop there though as he did it yet again.

And last but not least...

Conclusion: Sebastian loves to see Ciel in his coat!

I crave an AU where Shen Yuan gets transmigrated as some random npc and just… goes around the world you know? Traveling, sigh seeing his fav places from the novel, studying the beasts from that world, like dude just living his life and becoming a cultivator either by studying by himself (with the knowledge he has from novels from his world) or idk by the System giving him little missions about “building his character”

And just for a comedy side: he ends up helping a lot of people in his travels who become super grateful for this but… well maybe people misheard the first time and felt awkward about asking again so they just call him master Shen

This end up as a whole misunderstanding where rumors about SY and Shen Jiu kinda mix up

“Master Shen? Ohh yeah I heard he saved the daughters of that merchant”

“Master Shen?? The cultivator who is always visiting brothels? Shameless”

This ends up getting SJ a better reputation, SY unintentional good deeds (that have witness and proof) far surpasses the feeble rumors about SJ

SY and SJ end up meeting…. When SY is imprisoned for the death of the Qiu

He and SJ do look like eachother and Qiu Haitang hasn’t seen SJ in years, she heard about a Shen and concluded it must be him

Ohhh just to add to the mess: YQY was away from the Mountain when he heard about “Shen Qingqiu” imprisonment so he just rushed to Hua Hua Palace to free him… SJ goes after him, meets SY gets put in prison in his place bc Qiu Haitang was like “no wait actually that one fits more the Shen I knew” (which sucks to her testimony bc thats just saying “ops I made a mistake once maybe I’m doing again?”)but at this point SY was INVESTED in this bc fuck these people locking him up in a cave, they wanted a trial then he (with YQY support) is gonna make damn sure this goes right (for SJ, not QHT or the Palace Master bc lets be honest: one person’s word against a cultivator that has plenty of achievements and (recently) plenty of good deeds to his name… yeah not gonna work)

Things work out in the end, YQY and SJ go back to Cang Diong… and take SY with them. New younger brother acquired!!

Weird au idea i just have

Basically shen yuan transmigrated way early like centuries but he is in the endless abyss but luckily system decides whenever he completes a quest he would gain points that he can exchange for stuff

Since this is the endless abyss and might aswell just try to make things more livable for himself so he exchange it for some tools and books, and he starts to travel around met a few people who either fell in or are from the abyss and help them out and then started to create a lil community and etc etcl... and then years later, Shen Yuan had created a steampunk-like city and had unaware that he became an abyssal lord lol

Some stuff: the people in shen yuan's city knows english cuz during its early years when its just shen yuan and a few others they heard him say something in english and shen yuan taught them and then later they taught others who became a part of the cmmunity, threatened to extinction fauna and flora are under protection in the city and are no longer endangered and are reproducing(cuz shen yuan hated everytime when characters just takes the last of its kind not thinking about how stupid it was), the city is a mixed of humans and demons, there are legends of the city and sy in the demon and human realm, people wear traditional, a version of modern, or steampunk clothing in the city

Bingyuan ghost marriage au

Shen Yuan(22-23?) is on his way to class and he's stopped by an eccentric family. They ask him to marry their deceased son before he's buried.

Shen Yuan heard about the Ghost Marriage tradition but he's never seen one in real life. He really doesn't want to, it's unexpected and he doesn't even know the family. But he's a people pleaser, and doesn't know how to say no to a teary eyed woman.

So despite his better judgement and common sense, he agrees. A quick ten minute 'wedding' is held in the funeral home. Shen Yuan stands awkwardly holding a photo frame of maybe the most handsome guy he's seen. (jesus, shen yuan. The guy is dead, have some shame!)

Afterwards he goes to class, feeling a little iffy. But soon the whole ordeal becomes a weird story to tell his family and friends. (every single person he tells the story calls him stupid) He just thinks of it as helping a grieving family that he won't even see anymore.

Then, Shen Yuan dies. And opens his eyes again. The face of the guy he's held the photo of months and months ago is standing before him. The guy says he's been waiting for him, and that they are married. Shen Yuan has to spend his eternal afterlife with his new husband.

sorry im just imagining jiuyuan getting sex pollened and afterwards shen jiu is thinking "why is he the one acting shy?? he's the one who has a hundred admirers! i just had my virginity stolen!!!!" and shen yuan is going "why is he acting so violated!?? he goes to a brothel every other day, it's my first time!??" and when people ask why theyre acting so awkward around each other they get all snippy and start roasting each other hehehe

I think about the absolute chaos that would entail if Shen Yuan were an omega in his modern omegaverse world—then transmigrated into PIDW, where the omegaverse doesn't exist! That's not real!

But Shen Yuan doesn't even notice it in the first place because:

a) Cultivators have highly developed senses. Not only better hearing and sight, but also a better sense of smell – even though everyone smells different, it’s still a sensorially charged world for him!

b) Even if he don't have glands, he STILL have his own personal scent. Like everyone else. It's just that with his more developed cultivator senses, he's able to sense and differentiate them– Plus he's gotten used to doing it quickly because he was mentally accustomed to it in his old life!

c) There are a lot of weird timed herbs out there (from Shen Jiu to control his erratic qi and help him not have strong deviations) and the now Shen Qingqiu just assumes: Oh well, these are the suppressants, it's okay.

d) His ducklings continue to awaken all his protective instincts. He's clearly an omega, even though Shen Qingqiu is, because there's no other way he can be so damn maternal to all of them!!!

So Shen Qingqiu continues doing things from his old omega life: nesting, stuffing himself with herbs to avoid disastrous hormones– He understands that because the original goods have such a bad relationship with the other peak lords no one gives him things to nest in like his family did. But that's okay! He gets things from his disciples, especially from his sweet little sheep Binghe.

– even Binghe no longer takes apart his nests after he scolded him a lot and made him run around the peak for taking it apart and putting it in the wash! Bad Binghe! The nests are important and must not be touched!

(Although he feels a little bad; after all, the washerwoman who adopted Binghe was beta, it makes sense that Binghe doesn't know – but he also doesn't have time to explain it afterwards because he just forgets.)

And basically: Shen Qingqiu goes through his life completely believing he's an omega. He still is. Nothing has changed. When he is poisoned with Without-a-Cure, he only talks about "herbs" to Mu Qingfang, he shows him the ones he's been using (he doesn't know their names) and Mu Qingfang simply supplies him without asking. Which is great! Shen Qingqiu doesn't experience any annoying heat and everything works perfectly! How great xianxia medicine!

... I honestly think this silly guy would fool himself that he's an omega until he realizes he doesn't have a self-lubricating hole lol king of denial in everything, we love you
