No Bump Mod 1.5 (Updated May 30th)

Update Log: May 30th, 2025: Updated to be compatible with the May 27th patch update! Thank you for your patience <3

My journey of learning how to mod continues ~ if you're like me and really dislike how Sims have a huge bump in the first trimester then you're in the right place :) There are two versions available for this mod:

Version 1 (V1) makes only the 1st trimester bump much smaller than the EA setting and leaves the 2nd and 3rd trimester bumps as they are.

Version 2 (V2) makes the 1st trimester bump much smaller and 2nd and 3rd trimester bump a ~little~ smaller as well.

March 18th, 2025 - Funny story: I was having UI issues with the new Businesses and Hobbies pack (descriptions and text missing) and after troubleshooting and removing all my mods + putting them back one by one to find the culprit - IT 😂 WAS 😂 THIS 😂 MOD. I feel truly embarrassed. It's now been updated to be compatible so please remove the old version asap and download the new version. 😃👍

March 11th: this mod is compatible with the Businesses and Hobbies EP and the patch updates before the pack launch!

January 21st: Mod has been updated to be compatible with the January 14th patch update.November 12th: My mod was working fine but I went ahead and made sure it's been updated to be compatible with the pre-Life & Death EP patch update, as well as the smaller patch fixes that followed!September 20th: - Mod is compatible with the pre-kits patch update from September 18th. July 24th - Mod has been updated to be compatible with patch update 1.108 on July 23rd in anticipation of Lovestruck. Mod name has been changed from Version 1 & 2 to just No Bump Mod 1.1 V1 and V2 respectively for update clarity. There are still two versions of the mod and you only need one .package file. Please replace the old version with the new version if you've updated to 1.108! Thank you for all the love and support on this mod!

Does your Better Gift Pile Mod conflict with JaneSimsten's Wedding Presents Mod?

Yes it would conflict as they both use the gift pile from Seasons!

hey just wanted to let you know i have a file "The Noughties Travel Cot by t0nischwartz.package" that completely busted my game. idk if you know that already but felt like i should report it to ya :)

I feel so embarrassed that I'm seeing this 8 months down the line (tumblr never gave me a notification and it never occurred to me to check my inbox...) but that file shouldn't cause any issues and it was probably conflicting with something else in your game. It's not a mod, it's just a recolor - that's why I say that! It's the same game object just with new swatches so I'm unsure how it could break your game. If you remember what happened just lmk again?? 😅 / gen

Back To The Future Posters

Great Scott! Happy Sims 1 and 2 re-release day! In honor of this blast from the past and all the nostalgic vibes from the past week leading up to the Sims 25th birthday, I turned this Sims 2 creation by MistyBlue on modthesims into posters for The Sims 4!

These movies have always had a special place in my heart and when I found this post of Marty McFly and Doc Brown set in The Sims 2, I just had to recolor some posters.

There's two versions of the posters: large, framed ones and pinned paper posters!

Planning to celebrate Winterfest or a Sim's birthday and know they are going to be stuck with the same old presents that include either a seed packet, a random collectible or a literal piece of poop?

Winterfest (and my Sim's birthdays or any gift giving holiday) just does not make any sense if my Sims receive nonsense gifts that they don't really care for. I decided to change that and created the Better Gift Pile mod!

This mod affects the Pile Of Presents, Large Pile Of Presents, the present pile under the Ever Delightful Evergreen Holiday Tree and the gifts Sims receive from Father Winter and other NPC's for their birthday's or on any gift giving holidays such as Winterfest.

This mod adds 78 new gift variations, including 7 new bad gifts and 33 standard gift variations! The gifts also vary across several packs.

The Sims 4 Seasons Expansion Pack is required for this mod to work.

Note; Sims will no longer receive collectibles with this mod except for gems, postcards and MySims dolls!

Bigger Bump Mod

For some people, their bumps are bumpin' by the 2nd trimester (whether they're having multiple babies or just one) so I decided to create the opposite version of my No Bump Mod - a Bigger Bump Mod for your Sims!

This mod still slightly reduces the size of the first trimester and the second and third trimester are bigger than EA's standard size. The difference is more noticeable in game and remember - bumps will appear bigger or smaller depending on your Sim's weight!

The Jenna Dress (7 Swatches)

Your Sim's rich, elder spouse passed away? Surely she can't be too sad in this dress. The Jenna Dress was inspired by Jenna Ortega's funeral look from Sabrina Carpenter's Taste music video. I decided to give the dress a velvet looking texture in rich, dark colors and I'm obsessed with how it came out. Enjoy!
