man i wish people who don’t have eds would be a little more considerate when talking about this stuff... yes the fact that these influencers are sharing this as positive “tips” is BAD it’s awful actually but
1. they’re probably struggling as well so have a little compassion for someone who quite obviously has an ed
2. reposting screenshots of this shit just spreads them further... do you think my ed brain is going to read the criticism or do you think it’s going to see the picture in the screenshot and read “dry fasting” and think damn she so skinny i should probably try that. also time to feel bad for eating cause i certainly don’t look like that and whose fault is it
i came back here to rant because a friend was posting rants about dangerous disordered eating trends (like dry fasting) that instagram celebrities are now apparently promoting and. i know she meant well but consider myself
triggered
anyway that’s to say. after a week of my boyfriend trying to convince me that i should treat myself with compassion and after yesterday i had noodles (like ACTUAL noodles not shirataki) and my brain was like yknow what that wasnt so bad all things considered… maybe we could try getting better… yeah that was all useless, fasting here i come :)

i just want everyone who follows me to know that i DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT encourage any type of eating disorder/ mental illnesses. i do not think having anorexia is an esthetic and i sure as hell won’t pure pressure someone into having an ed. this blog is purely for myself to not feel so alone in this disorder and to let out my emotions instead of keeping them bottled up. i deeply and sincerely apologize if i have ever triggered anyone with the things i post.
please, if you are in recovery or are in the early stages of an eating disorder stay away from my blog. if you are in early stages of an eating disorder or any stage for that matter, please talk to someone and recover. you deserve it. you do not deserve to go through the hell of an ed.
i never ever meant to offend or trigger anyone. i feel absolutely terrible knowing i almost triggered someone but also please don’t come after me for venting my emotions on my only safe platform. i never intended nor will i ever intend to hurt someone or trigger them.

🐰 Be safe bunny 🐰
I keep seeing people posting like “Don’t eat monkey, if you see him on your dash don’t eat for the day.” And I feel like it’s a lil toxic so let’s cool down with a be safe bunny. Every time you see this, it’s a reminder to be safe and love yourself. Don’t let the bunny down. Be safe.

35 calorie hot chocolate:
* 6oz (3/4 cup) boiling water
* 1 tsp dutch coco powder - 15
* 1/4 cup soy milk - 20
* 1-2 Splenda packets (or your sweetner of choice)
* Few drops or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Virerously whisk or stir together 3/4 cup boiling water with 1 tsp dutch coco powder.
Then add the soy milk, splenda/sweetner of choice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Trust me, add a little pinch of salt, you won’t taste it, but the flavor will be better.
Enjoy!
This recipe is vegan, kosher, and gluten free.
(I might add a picture later.)
