Some things ppl need to think about when caring for someone who is sick or disabled and can’t do things for themselves outside of “Do they have everything (supplies) they need?”

- Are they clean? Do they need help bathing or showering?

- is their space clean and free from clutter and trash? Is their bedding clean?

- do they need help with preparing hot food? Or are they living on easy to eat snacks? When was the last time they had a vegetable? Protein?

- do they have pets that need care? When was the last time their dog was walked or their cats litter was cleaned?

- what setups can I leave for them to help then accomplish tasks they need to accomplish when I’m not here? Is the trash close to their bed? Are things they need within reach?
