When you stop to think about everything Billy is and does, his vanity and his ego and his jealousy, it really stands out just how much he loves Spencer. He got jealous when Spencer got famous, but he was jealous of the fame and not of Spencer. He will drop his vanity and hurt his ego if Spencer legitimately needs him to because the only thing in the world Billy Joe Cobra has EVER loved more than he loves himself is Spencer Wright.
