Everything was meant to go wrong, or so it seemed. 

Mother and Father left to never return. Morgan, her dear sweet Morgan, vanished into the night without a word. Soon there might not be a single thing left for Lucina to protect, just an empty, dying world filled with monsters. Slowly everyone died, her aunts and uncles, the parents of her friends.

Eventually, would she be all alone in this ruined world?

Would she lose them all, too?

The throne in Ylisstol felt as though it was a prison, the remains of the Halidom was her gilded cage.

All she could do is fight. All she could do was lose, but she could never stop. 

“I cannot, Owain.” Every time someone was lost it was because they left to fight. Cordelia left, Mother and Father left, Libra left.

Over and over, time and time again they always left to fight their enemies, time and time again they died. 

Can you blame her for tucking her face as far against her Cousin’s shoulder as she can? Despite her greatest efforts to keep it steady and strong her voice shakes.

One thing I meant to write but then proceeded to forget to do for three months was about how Lucina really does want to know more about Pelgia. Of course, she has some... uncertainties about it, and how could she not, but Pelgia is still part of her heritage. It’s the home of her Mother, and when all is said and done, wouldn’t it be good for people in Yilsse to understand Pelgia more?

A good way to create bonds between nations is for royals to understand and accept one another, Lucina and her brother are in a fantastic situation for that.

Alright, really quickly!

Lucina’s muse page has been updated to make mention of Reflet’s family, now listing Yarne as one of her cousins and Panne and Gaius as her aunt and uncle through their marriage to Reflet. They are family she will default to mentioning if not referencing specific blogs, that being said Gaius, Panne and Yarne rpers do not need to feel required to recognize this fact! If you’d like to play it fine by me, just let me know that. I do not intend to force anyone to play by these. They’re just the family that @nohriiantrust and I have been writing these characters with since. Forever.
