Kate had a private engagement w Jill Biden and Michelle Obama but not Melania. Seems pretty political to me for a family that isn’t supposed to be political.

Harry did an engagement with Melania if I’m not mistaken. Trump also has said heinous things about the female royals that the other presidents haven’t. Plus, I assume the collabs with Jill this week are because of Kate’s project next week.

It is unfathomable to me that this scum of the earth, whom I won´t even address by name anymore, yet again went on camera this week and had the audacity to say what he said about his grandfather… the man who hasn´t even been laid to rest for 4 full weeks. 

A grandfather, initially born to be King of a nation before his line lost everything and had to flee. A man who then served a Queen, country and family for seven decades without a single complaint. 

A man who lived through the abandonment by his father, the separation from his most beloved mother who got thrown in an asylum, a man who suffered the expulsion from his home and native country, and saw the death of all of his sisters before his time ever came. 

A man who lived through and fought in a world war. 

A man who lost almost every one of his beloved family members and had to walk behind more coffins than his treacherous grandson ever will in his life, and yet he got on with it. 

The traitor has now shat on this man who never shirked his duty, never let his Monarch wife down and never abandoned his four children, but instead tried to teach them to be strong and resilient because he had experienced first hand how quickly the rug could be pulled from under you. How viciously people could turn on you and become your enemies. How mercilessly his kind could be deposed or killed off (as seen with the royal family of Greece, the Tsarist family in Russia, and his uncle Lord Mountbatten). 

He shat on the very man who had tried MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE in the whole Windsor family to help repair and save that goddamn marriage which produced exactly this disgraceful traitor and embarrassment to the entire blood line. He shat on the man who once had taken the time to write letter after letter to a daughter in law whom he had seen struggling with her role as a wife and consort, and with her mental health.

Unbelievable. And all this while his body has barely gone cold yet and his grandmother hasn´t even been a widow for a whole month. I thought I had seen him already hitting the absolutely lowest low, but I was wrong.

There´s a special place in hell reserved for him, that´s all I can say now.

1/2- My problem with Haz's mental health bull "everybody has unresolved trauma" is that yes, it's true. All trauma also doesn't come from childhood, parents, bad childhood. We pick up different things along the way and are affected differently. The main thing is that everyone, no matter the nature of their trauma, has to take responsibility for it as well. The fallout is too painful,family friends etc often pay a heavy price. So part of healing has to be about how we live beyond the trauma.

2/2- In his case, he blew up his whole life. That wasn't managing his mental health. Those were the repercussions of not taking his MH seriously enough. The fallout has broken up his family, hurt his friends. And I'm sure a lot of people are questioning whether their exp with him was ever genuine if he now claims to have found freedom. Addressing that is his responsibility. How he does that is something that would genuinely contribute to mental health awareness. Not his constant whining.

There are mental illnesses that cloud your mind. These people are exempted from punishment. I think everybody can agree with that. My problem with Harry is that he holds mental health issues with these illnesses and demands to be exempted from his mistakes.

There are a lot of articles lately attacking the monarchy especially from Americans. And idiotic ideas of a sort too. There is no reason to think the monarchy is in crisis. Other than people needing column inches or H and M fans. The polling is pretty stable. And Kingship will endow PC with a glow at least for awhile. It isn't a popularity contest

Exactly. I think the main problem is that it has been so long since there has been a change in the monarch for the British monarchy that to assume a change in monarch is to act as if it’s the end of the world. The monarchy will go on just as life will go on.

Between 1900 and 1950, there were four monarchs:

~ Queen Victoria, who died in 1901 ~ King Edward VII ~ King George V ~ King George VI

It’s been 69 years since the monarch was someone other than Queen Elizabeth II. A different monarch is so unimaginable to people that they just assume that the monarchy will just end instead. It’s such lazy thinking though. The monarchy will go on. Charles will become king, probably with a different regnal name. William will become king after Charles. George will become king after William. Life will go on.

What’s ironic is that collectively all those “star-studded household names” could only raise what, £38million between them? Someone should remind them that a 100 year old man raised almost the same amount on his own, in his garden, just walking and without any of the PR or glitz & glamour. That’s what a true humanitarian, who cares, looks & behaves like. Shouting woke salad down a mic and acting the part isn’t what people want to see or hear.
