         Summary:            

Kissing scene in ep 14 and continuation from King’s POV.

Starts right after King telling Ram that he feels tortured by his presence, because Ram makes him feel good, and it’s so hard to hold back his affection.

If everything could just stop spinning for a minute.

“That’s the reason. I told you why now.” King had made each word sharp; like knives thrown. Double-edged, traitorous and desperate bastards, because they were cutting at himself, too. Why, why did he let he get himself in that situation, even worse, when he was drunk? His fingernails dug into his palm with the fist he was closing and uncurling. If everything could just stop spinning for a minute, then maybe King could figure out why that violent, twisting thing inside him, that felt so much like anger, that thing that he had pushed at Ram just now again, was slipping out of his grip, making his hands and elbows feel feeble and shaking.

Their time at the camp passed quickly, and everyone was packing to return to Bangkok. King was still trying to keep his distance from Ram, and it was much easier now that he told the boy to keep away, though the way Ram looked at King occasionally made King regret his decision just a little bit.

The thing that Ram didn’t get, though – King thought – was that King was doing it all for Ram. The latter wasn’t exactly in the best situation, and King genuinely wanted him to stay at his apartment for as long as he could. The problem with that situation, however, was that staying in the same apartment and sleeping in the same bed with the guy you had unrequited feelings for was awkward, to say the least.

King had spent a long while trying to ignore those feelings, but it’s quite hard to hide something that you’ve felt for so long. It got especially hard when Ram had gotten that much lovelier and started doing the most adorable things for King, like giving him flower crowns and hugging him when he was cold. Who even did that to their friends? If King didn’t know that Ram was in love with someone else, he would’ve thought that maybe, just maybe… Well, it didn’t matter what he would have thought. Because Ram was in love with someone else. And that meant King had to keep his distance before Ram figured out that King was in love with him.
