Since a lot of you enjoyed the first one maybe I’ll do some for the other monkey team too for funs and really had fun putting them on poses that kind of fit their personality.

Okay, for real this time, here's April's SRMTHG fanart calendar, featuring Gibson! I'll be honest, I was worried people might burn out after a few months, but we've been getting amazing art from both new and returning artists like clockwork! You guys are amazing! May's calendar will feature NOVA! Submissions for the May calendar are due at the end of the day on April 29t! As always, the submission rules are after the cut, but they haven't changed.

HOW TO SUBMIT

Head over to the blog’s submit page and send in your fanart of Otto! Please make sure you are logged in when you do so. Make sure you write in the caption section that it’s for the calendar, and also if you want a different account - like an art sideblog - to be credited.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. ARTWORK MUST BE YOUR OWN! Please make sure you are logged in when you submit your piece. This is so people can be credited and to avoid art theft.

2. Artwork does NOT have to be new, all skill levels are welcome, and multiple submissions are allowed!

3. Artwork must be of the character of the month: Nova. You are welcome to submit art that also includes other characters as well, but it will be cropped to focus on Nova.

4. Please keep artwork PG.

5. For this project, we're looking for original fanart, not photoedits or screenshot traces.

While I don’t draw him often compared to the other monkey team that doesn’t mean I don’t like the little dude.

In fact I think they did him well as a teen MC and he’s just a good boi who has normal flaws like what more do you ask for as a teen character 🤣?

Happy March, guys! You know what that means: New month, new fan calendar! Once again, thanks for all the lovely submissions! We had a lot of folks lean into the St. Patrick's Day motif - very cute! :D It's been a joy having so many enthusiastic artists every month. Thank you for making the project a rousing success so far, everyone!

So sorry for the wait on this one, folks. It was a rough week in my personal life. X_x Lovely work once again, guys!

March’s calendar is going to feature OTTO!

Originally, I was planning to have the Hyperforce appear in theme song order (Antauri, Sprx, Gibson, Nova, Otto, Chiro!), but I saw the way people themed their submissions around Valentine’s Day this month, and realized... how can I NOT have our green monkey represent the month of Saint Patrick’s Day? It only seems right. 

To avoid the calendar being late again for March, I’m gonna give myself an extra day to put it together.

Submissions for the

March calendar will close at the end of the day February 27th, NOT February 28th!

Please keep this in mind when submitting! I’m in EST, if we wanna say they close at exactly 11:59 EST on Feb 27th, but the plan is to wake up on the 28th and put it together, so you probably have a few hours beyond that if you wanna live dangerously.

Here is the January calendar wallpaper, and WOW I am floored to the response to my little last minute idea!  Everyone’s art was so pretty that it actually kinda pained me to crop for the mosaic/dim them into the background enough for the calendar to be readable, even though that was always the idea. :’’’D I’ll be reblogging every piece in its full, unedited, glorious detail ASAP, as well, because you guys HAVE to see everything about these. <3 And as promised, future months will have more time to submit.
