akito nods his head and makes affirmative noises at takato, to show that he's listening. he occasionally glances over at daisuke, his unreadable eyes look right through akito. he's not sure how to feel.

akito lets out a small, relieved sigh when fumika comes in. relieved because there's food, and he's actually quite hungry despite not noticing before this moment. but also because daisuke is no longer staring at him.

thank you for the meal— he says, a second after everyone else.

akito waits for everyone else to start eating, before picking up his own chopsticks. usually he wouldn't hesitate, he loves food after all! but this is his first time eating with the mitas. that AND today is the first time meeting his BOYFRIEND'S parents!
