    What a horrible idea. She was encouraged to enroll in an art school here, but sadly, she missed the chance to enter in any online courses. They made an exception for her to enter other classes, but there was a catch - she’d have to move there. No one was able to leave with her, however, and so Jasmine came to the large New York City on her own. In fact, it’s only been a few days since her arrival.

    She knew moving to this city was a terrible idea, that was all she could think of aside from getting away immediately. She had gotten curious, the hairs on her neck standing on end when she saw these...things. What were they doing? They were humanoid, but she knew they weren’t human; humans didn’t have brains in their chest cavity. Sadly for her, they noticed her too, and immediately made chase. Her legs were carrying her as fast as they could, but she was never much of a runner and she could hear them getting closer.

    If there was ever a time that she could make her magic work like it did in games and stories, it was now.
