         it felt like things were finally turning in the right direction for the pair. it had been a solid year of marriage but it wasn’t a love story like most people would hope. the two had struggled to see eye to eye, sometimes cordelia even threatened to take his life & take over his kingdom. but things took a turn the moment they both realized they couldn’t live without each other. she had gone through HELL & BACK trying to get reginald to see that this was it for her. he was IT for her. but his way of life was hard for him to give up. he was used to getting everything he wanted, used to fucking all the people he could, he didn’t want to be tied down to JUST her. she understood that, so hearing this words leave his lips sent butterflies to the pit of her growing stomach, a child on it’s way. their child, a child made between the two, something she wasn’t sure would ever happen. especially after struggling to get pregnant in the first place. a smile appeared on her face, her cheeks turning a shade of red as she blushed at his words.  ❝  you could never lose me, reggie. nothing could ever change the way i feel about you. ❞ she admits with a laugh, taking a step closer & placing a gentle kiss on his lips, her growing belly making it slightly hard for her to get any closer.
