Despite the highly anticipated mini-album being slated to release today, Noah Son's debut has been indefinitely shelved according to Flowerbank Entertainment.

"Hello, this is Flowerbank Entertainment. We regret to inform you that the release of NOAH's debut solo mini-album "GUILTY" will be indefinitely postponed due to contractual disputes between DeepDive and Flowerbank Entertainment. We understand that this news comes as a great shock to fans and is a major disappointment. However, please be assured that we are working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding. - Flowerbank Entertainment"

A series of instagram stories from Noah would drop, giving fans a look into what he's been going through the past few months. He reveals that MyDol Entertainment, Son Jinhwa's newest venture into the Kpop landscape, has been trying to buy DeepDive's contract for months now, resulting in lengthy legal battles and finally giving fans a reason as to why the group has been so quiet.

Despite the stir the passionate stories caused, Noah has refused to delete them and stands firm in his statements.

Flowerbank has yet to make a statement in response to Noah's claims and outburst.

˗ ˋ 🌊 SURPRISE RELEASE ! ﹕ DEEPDIVE DEBUTS PRERELEASE SINGLE AT SHOW CHAMPION !

Being the first music show DeepDive performed on in 2014, DeepDive would make a surprise appearance on the show, debuting their new single "MY EGO." which was later revealed to be a pre-release for their fifth full album.

The single was released on Spotify without notice just hours before their performance, leaving fans confused and nervous about what Mydol had planned for DeepDive. Despite the sudden and unannounced release, MY EGO would chart #4 on MelOn, #6 on BUGS, #8 on Vibe, and #10 on Genie while breaking into the Billboard Hot 100 at #46. In just 24 hours, the single would garner 1.2 streams on Spotify, with the debut performance video reaching 9.7 million views in 24 hours.

The M/V for MY EGO would drop exactly 24 hours after the initial performance, gathering a whopping 41 Million views in the first 24 hours, a new high for the group and setting a high bar for the first release under Mydol Entertainment.

MY EGO was produced and written by Noah Son, while the composition was done by Finn Lee. "We've decided to keep our creative circle very small and in-house," Finn would say during the now infamous press conference three days after the single's successful release. "The only people that will touch our work from now on will be us or the people under Mydol."

The album is set to release on MARCH 29TH and will have 12 tracks.

"We're out of there," Finn Lee says in a selfie with Kiwoo outside of the Flowerbank Entertainment building. After months of a silent legal battle that erupted with the postponement of Noah Son's highly anticipated solo debut "GUILTY" also known as Flowerbank's Biggest Fumble that resulted in the idol exposing Flowerbank for improperly managing the once chart-dominating boy group.

Since DeepDive was acquired by Flowerbank in 2023, the group has had a singular comeback, which was later revealed to have been funded by the members themselves. The album "The Lagoon" would become the highest-selling boy group album under Flowerbank by selling an astounding 2,740,000 copies within the first day but that apparently didn't matter to the professional bag fumblers, Carmen and Iseul.

After the postponement of Guilty, Noah would file a lawsuit to terminate his contract with Flowerbank, backed by Son Jinhwa, the CEO of Mydol Entertainment, and his father. A day after Noah filed for contract termination, Finn Lee and Bae Kiwoo filed their notions for contract termination. Four days later, the rest of DeepDive Hwang Jisung, Jacob Lee, Kang Woobin, and Park Woojin would file to terminate their contracts, all being represented by Mydol-funded lawyers.

Just a few short weeks later, Flowerbank would relinquish all rights to DeepDive and release all seven members from their contracts. Within the same week, Sirens would be invited to attend DeepDive's Mydol contract signing, following the newly founded tradition of public contract signings

All seven members of DeepDive would debut new hairstyles at their contract signings. Finn's new long blond look would cause mass hysteria on Twitter.

"It's an honor to have DeepDive back. We're already discussing their comeback and the release of Noah's solo mini album. Please, stay tuned and give them lots of love and support," Son Jinhwa would announce at the contract signing to the excitement of Sirens in the crowd.

A majority of the DeepDive members seemed pleased with the fourth company transfer of their long winded career. Kiwoo, Woojin, and Jacob remained silent on social media while the other four members would celebrate through Instagram posts.

The track sampler for Noah's solo debut mini-album "GUILTY" dropped on February 18th, 2024 on YouTube and Twitter. The sampler included voicemails from Venus members Baebi and Chloe and an unknown male that Sirens were scrambling to figure out who it was. Noah has produced credits on all four tracks and multiple writing credits. The sampler would get 4 million views in 24 hours.

The New Wave was a survival show that aired in late 2015 and early 2016. The show had a 13 episode run and featured 28 trainees. 19 of these trainees would be eliminated, the final seven ending up in the newly reformed group DEEPDIVE. The final lineup ended up being HAN, JISUNG, BLUE, NOAH, KIWOO, WOOJIN, AND FINN but what about the other 19 boys?

𓇼 ◦  。৲ MAKE A SPLASH! WE'RE DEEPDIVE!

DEEPDIVE is a seven member boy group under FLOWERBANK ENTERTAINMENT. They are well known for their oceanic and storyline concepts. The group is domestically and internationally very popular, being compared to the likes of BTS and NCT. Their "rags to riches" story caught the eye of many, making them one of the most inspiring acts of the 4th generation.

DEEPDIVE was first introduced to the public in 2014, debuting with an original lineup of five under STORMEDIA Company, a rinky-dink company many presume to be a money laundering scheme. They didn't find much success, falling victim to nugudom with only 256 total sales to their name by their fourth release. The group went through two lineup changes in just two years under the company before their contract was eventually bought out by ANGELICO Entertainment.

After Angelico acquired their contract, the group was rebranded though they kept the same name. Only two of the original members remained, Han and Jisung, whilst five new members were added. Though their budget went up while under Angelico, their sales were not so lucky only steadily increasing with every release. The group went through another lineup change in 2019 after the disbandment of Wanna One, adding Jacob Lee to the line up while Choi Woojin left the group.

On their last leg, DeepDive finally managed to strike gold with their 2nd full album "Sirens Song" which absolutely destroyed the charts and broke records with physical sales. It didn't take long for DeepDive to become a household name in Korea as well as making waves across the world as well.

In 2022, DeepDive's contract was bought once again, this time by FLOWERBANK Entertainment. This resulted in the loss of original member Han but resulted in the readdition of former member Woojin, making the group a seven-piece unit once again.

A promotional video was uploaded to the official DEEPDIVE Youtube channel. Finn Li, main vocalist and producer, is competing in the MNET survival show SHOOTING STARS. In the video, Finn urges fans to vote for him before covering EXO's "Love Me Right" wowing sirens across all platforms.

This is the first real Youtube post made on the DEEPDIVE channel in over six months and after the Flowerbank acquisition of their contract. There was a noticeable up in quality and Finn seemed to actually be enjoying himself.
