CHANGE IN THREAD PRIORITY!!!

seeing as my life is about to get really busy here soon , and the amount of threads i have already , i wanna put priority on planned / plotted threads as opposed to random stuff sent to me. i write better when there's at least a little plotting going into it. and it's more fair to those who are plotting up ideas for stuff. all this means all this means is that i will be requiring some plotting ooc before a thread starts.
