همکاری : نمونه خوب همکاری : هنگامی که اپل می خواست iPod را خلق کند از یک‌همکاری خیلی نزدیک بین عوامل داخلی و وندور های خارجی بوجود آورد و‌در طی ۹ ماه محصول را وارد بازار کرد. یک‌نمونه بد همکاری: سونی می خواست یک محصول جدید بوجود آورد ولی نتوانست بین ۵ واحد داخلی خود این همکاری را شکل دهد و علت آن نبود فرهنگ همکاری بود. Apple iPod , that was a tight collaboration inside Apple and with vendors outside, and they were able to produce the first iPod in nine months. So that is a great example of good collaboration. Sony, in contrast, tried to do the same thing, but they could not collaborate across five divisions inside of Sony .
