❝ THE STRANGE WORLD is the debut mini album of cosigned girl group VALLEY OF THE DOLLS, also stylized as VOD. The 7-track mini album was released APRIL 27TH, 2018 but there wasn’t much attention due to very limited promotions at the time. Along with a few performances of their title track, GINGAMINGAYO, they also performed a stage or two for two b-side tracks DOLLHOUSE and TAG, YOU’RE IT. The album was available digitally but partially physical as there was no actual CD in the album. ❞

TITLE: VALLEY OF THE DOLLS ARE POSTPONING NEWEST COMEBACK AND TO TAKE A HIATUS DUE TO TWO MEMBERS HAVING SURGERIES!!

After a successful second comeback, GIRLS, since their debut, the third comeback was a highly anticipated one. They garnered a lot more international fans from this comeback although they have not won their first music show win to date. STARBORN CREATIVE, formerly known as Cassiopeia Media, and REDRUM RECORDS formerly xecompany, the two companies who co-created the group, had announced that both NINA (STARBORN CREATIVE) and NOA (REDRUM RECORDS) would not be participating in their third comeback due to having surgeries on their leg and knee, respectively. Additionally, it was rumored that NOA would go on a hiatus for her health as many TOYMAKERS could tell she was not feeling well during the last few weeks for their latest promotions. A few weeks later both companies and the girls themselves announced that the comeback would be delayed and they would be going on a temporary hiatus. A new date is currently unknown.

A few months prior member BIYA flew back to her hometown in SHANGHAI, CHINA to celebrate her and her mother's birthdays early during their break in promotions. REDRUM RECORDS, the company she is signed under, announced that BIYA would be unable to fly back to participate in the rest of the promotions for the second mini album GIRLS due to issues with her passport. It is currently unknown when she will be able to fly back to SOUTH KOREA to rejoin the girls.
