“ Hey. ”

The greeting comes with a friendly pat on the back as he walks up behind Keith in the cafeteria and steps past his seat. Sliding into the chair opposite the cadet, Shiro’s arms fold atop the table and he smiles, glad to have caught the kid. It’s always good to see him, but he’d particularly been hoping to get at least a moment with him before the weekend.

“ So. It’s Friday. ” Stating the obvious, but he carries on without giving it much thought. “ If you don’t have plans for the weekend, I thought we could hang out? We can order some pizza and spend two whole days watching movies and playing video games. Matt basically forced me to borrow some game that just came out. It’s got multiplayer, and he said it’s really good. ”

There’s a hopeful look on Shiro’s face as he speaks. He knows that most likely, Keith hasn’t got any plans -- he hasn’t really managed to make any friends yet, despite the elder’s insistence that he should try -- but he genuinely would like to spend the time together, if Keith wants to. They always manage to have a good time, and... Well, no one should be stuck alone in their dorm with nothing to do all weekend.
