asleep; cinders cool && ash settled, the earthwarder resembled nothing more than an offcoloured small hill against the backdrop of green && clear sky. until she roused awake; limbs stretching, claws spreading && the ground quaking at her behest. a sloppy yawn overtakes the dragon, smoke escaping from her maw, slashed with white from where her fangs peeked through. fire returned to her sternum && belly, ignited like a captured candle.
the destroyer didn’t move. not yet, rolling to her side, cheek propped on her paw, amber eyes closed, tail sweeping the ground lazily. it seemed she’d be docile for now.
