Hilarious,   witty,   and   amazing   guy   that   he   is,   William   had   finally   finished   his   Super   Special   Stellar   Sportsy   Swooning   Seven-Step   Plan   (alliteration   is   a   must!).   And   it   was   now   time   to   hop   into   action. Step   one   would   be   finding   the   target   —   should   be   easy   since   William   was   obsessed   with   him   a   perceptive   lad!   Step   two?   Well,   that   would   come   into   play   once   he   had   his   target's   attention!
