to say that cora jade’s upbringing was an uphill battle would be starkly undermining it -- growing up in the windy city of chicago, brianna coda had only ever had one passion, one end goal, and that was to become the hero of her own story. professional wrestling was her escape, her light at the end of a dark tunnel, her happily ever after -- and she would fight tooth and nail to ensure her spot at the top.

in the beginning, she did everything right ! she smiled at the fans, she told her story, she incorporated pieces of herself into her persona ( such as skateboarding ) -- and she was ridiculed for it. they said it was all an act, they claimed it was unoriginal and overplayed. she had given them insight into meaningful aspects of her life, and they decided that they simply weren’t interested anymore … instead, they focused their attention on her peers, friends, even her tag - team partner ! she had been shoved to the ground and stepped on, discarded like leftovers that nobody wanted. that was the last time she would allow herself to be cast aside -- she was the star of any room that she stood in, and it was time for everyone else to realize that, no matter the adversaries she would make, or the friends she would have to cross. this is the generation of jade, and it is their distinct privilege to observe !
