umm sometimes I find it's hard to get into little space without a help from a caregiver .. when I feel smol, sometimes I feel sad or big emotions and I get nervous about it 😖

it's like if there's no one to encourage me to be little or color for them, I feel like I'm not excited to get into little space .. 😖 sometimes I get anxious when I feel little ..

do you have any advice for that ? did your little felt like this at some point ?

Hi little baby bear! Since you seem to sign off using a teddy bear emoji, I hope you don't mind me giving you that nickname. :3 Of course you can get some cuddles and head pats! *pats your head gently* I promise things will get better soon. But until then, you have a safe space here. Me and my little are good! We had a relaxing day today, watched Women Talking (it's a grown up movie, so he had to be big during it, but he's always my baby even when he's a little bigger heehee), and then we really just cuddled and spent time together. :) When it comes to being little by yourself, it can be really hard to find comfort and safety in that, but it's definitely not impossible! Sometimes you just have to try out different things and see what works for you. For some people it might be wrapping themselves in a really soft blanket burrito, for others it might be watching their comfort cartoon, or hugging their favorite stuffy (stuffies are GREAT protectors!). Another great recommendation from my own little is to find a comforting youtuber to watch (he personally loves DexBonus and AcreHomestead), he says it feels like they're babysitting him when I'm not there. (づ๑•ᴗ•๑)づ♡

Big emotions are scary whether you're little or not, but I feel there can be pros and cons to feeling them both ways. It's always okay to be sad and feel your emotions, and being little can help you to do that without the extra complications/over-thinking that being big can bring. But, it's also sometimes safer to process those heavy emotions when we're big, because we don't want to get too overwhelmed when we're little. If you know for sure that feeling sad when you're little is too much for you, then it's important to take care of yourself and try to come out of little space if you can as soon as you start to feel those heavier emotions surfacing.

As for excitement about being little without a caregiver, I'm sorry to say I'm not really sure if I have any suggestions. Maybe playing pretend could help, like with one of your stuffies? Pretend they're asking you to color certain pictures, or put on certain movies for them! Has your favorite stuffy ever watched Encanto? Or Finding Nemo? No? Maybe it's time to show them! You can be little for anyone, not just a caregiver! Finally, thank you so much for the chocolate and the compliments on my writing, cutie pie! It was just a little comfort fantasy I thought up, I figured some people might like to read it. I might write more in the future, we'll see what my brain comes up with! :3 I hope you're having an okay day/night, little baby bear. 🧸
