I’m feeling a little sappy right now, but writing for Bob has been making me so happy lately. And I think a big part of that is the fact that when it comes to writing for him, I’m allowing myself to place him in an array of different universes. None of the Bob stories I’ve written so far are connected to each other in any particular way, and there’s so much freedom in that!

Ever since I was young, I’ve had a tendency to stick very rigidly to the timelines and universes I end up creating in so many of my stories. And while there’s so much beauty and richness in that, I’ve been finding recently that it sometimes makes me feel like I’ve pigeonholed myself or forced myself into a corner. And that, in turn, puts me into a creative rut.

So yeah, I’m not really sure what my point was in sharing this. But I’ve just been feeling good about my writing lately, and I figured that was worth celebrating ♥️

Uh time to be cringe

sometimes it makes me feel very bad and the fact of being a gregstella shipper bothers me, imagine that what you love the most and makes you happy is also what hurts you the most, I'm not doing anything wrong and still the people get to be very annoying and cruel to me, I want to believe because I am the one who is actively creating content about them, so I guess it makes sense that I'm the one who takes the hits.

I'm someone who tries to take things calmly but sometimes I just explode over things as simple and stupid as these, I know I asked people to block me if my content bothers them, and I appreciate that they do, but there are also people that the only thing seeks is to annoy, even sending me messages that I should kms.

I couldn't care less about these things when I'm in a good mood but in these moments when I just feel bad and I can only say, I'm sorry? sorry for shipping two characters that have nothing problematic? I wish I had become obsessed with something else instead of this but I can't help it, I've been dealing with this shit since last year, but now that I've become more open it only makes things worse.

I can't even calmly interact with the hellpark fandom because I'm afraid they'll get mad at me and point out that I'm "proshipper" or "lesbiphobic", at this point I don't even want to draw HP Estella and Gregory together, I have to admit that I ship them and that was the reason why I started doing it gregstella content, but to avoid problems I created my own au or whatever. (and it ended up becoming a very ambitious project wow)

I'm not lesbiphobic, in fact, I really like ships wlw, and I have considered being a lesbian many times but i'm aro so meh, just because I like a "straight" ship doesn't negate everything else, it will sound like an excuse but I don't even consider Gregory to be a man (or at least the one from hellpark and my au) or a woman, I consider him as... Gregory just being Gregory? I don't really give much importance to this hc thing because at the end of the day my favorite characters are my favorite characters for other reasons and not just for that, and I found myself unfortunate that my two favorite characters are two that you can't ship because it's "wrong". I know there are some gregstella shippers who have said or done unpleasant things, but there will always be weird people, and that doesn't mean we should pigeonhole us all into that.

It's sad that I have to say something as stupid as this to me. But I needed to get this off my chest because I'm really getting tired of this kind of stuff, I'll probably delete this later or maybe keep it here so people are clear about where I stand and stop saying or misinforming what I do or say, like e.g. I draw nsfw (something I have never done publicly and I haven't drawn this type of explicit things for years since I was grommed lol, and if I did in the future that is something that does not concern you, much less if you are minors)

Anyway, thank you very much to the people who support me and like my art, you really motivate me to continue being open with what I like and continue bringing content for the community of this beautiful ship, or even if you don't like the ship and you only like my artstyle, it is also appreciated ♥️

Hi, sorry for asking this but do you have any tips for the story or collection event to rank in the top 100? Like how many resources do we need... Thank you!

i don't really have any tips, sorry. i've never tried ranking in events, save liam's birthday party event; or at least not intentionally.

to get to 95K love points alone, i used 38x +100stamina cocktail sets and 21x +50stamina cocktails and that got me to top 200 i think? but i didn't spend any dias or money, since i'm quite stingy with my resources and only use them when liam is the bonus.

imho how much resources (and money) you need to rank in top 100 depends on who's in the event and what's the ECB/95K bonus story. if it's not a very popular suitor (i.e. anyone apart from jude, ellis, maybe william), maybe $200 can get you to t100. buying the item sets help too.

Personally I prefer it when otome games don't commit to ages for the characters so that no one feels uncomfortable, but sometimes people are into age differences? What a decision to have to make. Just like the MC, the LI is the age I prefer, canon be damned lol

personally i just think it's fun to try counting how old is the suitor haha i mean they're fictional characters anyway so it's really not that deep 🥹 HAHAHAHAHAAH

althooooo i do also understand why there are some players who prefer to know the ages e.g. they're personally not comfy with hypothetically romancing someone/a character much younger than them 😅

btw i can only speak based on jp server's "statistics" 😅

~14K and that's for the most unpopular suitor. with jude's popularity, expect to spend uhhhh 10 times more for top 500.

take this for example: in regular story events where jude is the 95K bonus story, the top 100 players all have AT LEAST 1M love points. the highest i've ever witnessed is the #1 player with 8M and the #10 having 6M or more.

i'm holding your hand as i say this: i... don't suggest you try ranking for him unless you're willing to spend your entire fortune. really.

got this ss from my friend: this was from the vogel vs crown event which of course featured jude. the #1 player has 5M love points here, so you can imagine what happens when it's jude's birthday event aka he's the main character.

jp fans tend to spend more on their oshi, compared to en fans. you might be able to spend a littleeee less in en for jude, but it's still not going to be a small amount. maybe $300ish

hmm... personally, i think that at the most, it only gives us a little insight into jude's personality, and not so much about his curse — because in this AU, jude is the 13th fairy himself, rather than having a curse. so i'd say yeah it's only an alternative.

genuinely wondering how you’re not bored of the system after this long… i know they’re different games but they have the same gameplay basically… i’m still taking my break and i’m hoping i can fall in love with the ikemen games again ;(

to be honest.. i am. for my case, perhaps "bored" isn't the word, but rather "burnt out". it's indeed repetitive and while i'm well aware that this is just how ikeseries games work, i think it's valid that you and i have lost the motivation to keep on actively playing.

i love the games, i love all my favourite suitors, i love the stories. but yeah, recently, i often find myself not feeling the motivation to open the game every day and do my escorts every 5 hours.

i've started skipping events. heck, i even missed a whole year's worth of events on ikegen (which i kinda regret because now the game is about to be discontinued aka no hope for reruns) 🥹
