I feel like a lot of ppl forget that Cream literally turned Adventurer and Muscle Cookie into children (well you could say it was the park itself that did it, but they’re connected so ykyk) like in the moment its very cute but as a concept its lowkey kinda scary??? What’s your fav dynamic for unigato ?

I'm gonna be honest I'm like stupid. And I don't really know how to answer this, so I'm gonna use it as an excuse to ramble a bit and hopefully answer your question LOL

In mind, their whole Thing can be boiled down to being "Suspiciously Intimate Best Friends", which I have said before because I think that wording is funny. They're both extremely aro, to me, with Affogato giving zero thoughts to the concept of romance and Cream Uni probably being some sort of cupioromantic or nebularomantic. Both of them have next to no frame of reference for what is traditionally considered romantic vs. platonic (for various reasons) and just do whatever, hence the "Suspiciously Intimate" part. So to me they'd consider themself really good friends, but maybe down the line they can start using QPR as a label if they fucking learn about it (<- the use of the label would change nothing about their relationship tbh).

They've very "Guy who fucking sucks and nobody likes x Nice individual who's the only one who tolerates this fucking guy" which is a niche dynamic but one that is dear to me, because it's really funny. They give eachother a chance because there's a lot of shared ground between them, being that loneliness and self-inflicted isolation. There's a lot of differences in the reasons for, reactions to, and motives behind those similarities but they are THERE and that common ground goes such a long way. Cream Unicorn is one of the few people willing to give Affogato a second chance despite him being the way he is, and that would inherently draw Affo in. But Affogato can't really use this against Cream Uni because he has nothing to gain from them, so it's just a rare instance where he has a genuine shot at making a real connection with none of his own stupid bullshit getting in the way... Guys trust it's peak.

idk I just like the idea of two deeply lonely individuals finding comfort in eachother. They're fun... also I don't see it as Cream Unicorn "fixing" Affogato, hell no, their unique circumstances just kind of helped Affogato escape his own shortcomings in terms of connecting with people.

Personally I think cream doesn’t choose who gets to go in, (bc if so then I don’t think there’d be any restriction bc with their lonely ass I think after a while they’d just be like “ANYONE CAN COME IN JUST PLEASE VISIT AND STAY WITH ME!!”) I think the park itself chooses, its like how neverland does it, like the park itself is a sort of entity alongside cream, and it decides whether you get in or not and cream is just like “well I don’t agree with that but okay guess you can’t come in :(“

Yeah this certainly makes the most sense. the park being a separate entity in a way just adds to the growing list of strange and unusual things going on. Also extremely horrifying in it's own way ??? Also also can it (the park) lighten up :/ "pure of heart" whatEVER god forbid evil people wanna take a ride every now and then Massive fucking Cream Unicorn L to be like "sorry I can't let you in my landlord CookieLand, the totally-not sentient park, says no :(" like EXCUSE ME

World's most normal horse these are not strange and unusual in the slightest !! "We have met before, you just don’t remember." is probably my single favorite certified What The Hell line from Cream Unicorn. Like genuinely, what the fuck do they mean by this ??

My main idea is basically that anyone who visits the park when they're young will, obviously, grow older (shocking ik). And as you grow older your memories can get all hazy and weird, and with something as weird as CookieLand that's going to make the entire experience feel more like a faraway dream. I also like to think they DO have the capability to show up in Cookie's dreams, which again are easily forgotten My favorite mentally unwell horse
