     Romelle doted on Kiyoshi.

     And that was an understatement.

     It’ll forever remain a mystery to him why she, the total opposite of everything the raven was, fell for someone like him. Maybe it was because he was always seen all by himself, doing anything without a care in the world. Sometimes he wondered, just what if, what would’ve happened had they not met. Said scenario would always leave him worried.

     But he shouldn’t be dwelling on angst and doubts.

     There was someone who loved him for who he was. 

     Someone who had his heart racing for.

     He should’ve expected the kiss moments after he came up to her place. Failing to notice the mistletoe above him, the raven was greeted with pecks of love all over his face, including his lips. The old him would’ve pushed her away in embarrassment, but now he was welcoming every second of it. By the time she was done, all he gave to her was a just slow and longing kiss.

     ❝ I’ll never get tired of how sweet you taste, Ro-chan. ❞

     He was private about it, but the raven had a thing for tall people.

     And Park was his answer. 

      He was cool, handsome, and breathtaking to see every time he locked eyes on the other raven. For someone to be as confident and outgoing ( along with a very nice body ) unlike him, he was that person he wanted to be. Or rather, who he wanted to be with. No doubt it took a while for the raven to be more open with him, especially when it came to his feelings. 

     He severely underestimated how both loving and teasing Park was.

     Every time the raven was with him, he was flustered, embarrassed, any emotion that relates to his burning red face. But not once did he ever complain about it, aside from doing so in public. That was how much he loved him. 

     So it was a mere surprise that he came up at his home, suddenly kissing him right after he opened the door for him. Seeing the mistletoe Park was holding above them once they parted lips, he chuckled slightly as he cupped his face. His dark grey hues raising up to make contact with those loving yellow-orange ones above. 

     ❝ I swear … at least wait until we get inside… ❞

POCKY DAY! (NOV. 11) - belated af

      Those were his exact thoughts as the chocolate stick was between the two, both ends slowly chewing by each other’s mouths. It was supposed to be a casual night out with friends and all. How something that simple would lead up to the likes of this, the raven would never know. Though he could vaguely remember one of them having a box of Pocky for each to take. As much as he loved those, the other use for it … not so much. Stupid as it may be to him, he and Enma were nearly forced by said friends to play that … game. 

     Right in front of them. 

     Even though he told them he despised being the center of attention.

     It was anyone’s surprise to everybody that he and Enma were dating, as the only times they were together was when they were bickering over something dumb. Other than that, they were the complete opposites to one another. No matter how many times they tried to tell them, none of them believed it. And now they can finally show them.

     In the most embarrassing way possible.

     Time was running out, they were running out of Pocky, and all Kiyoshi could see were her amber hues staring into his with such intensity. What else was there to do? Should he back down? Should she back down? Should both just break the godforsaken stick already to avoid embarrassing themselves while letting their friends be disappointed? The closer they got, the more stressed he got.

     It was now or never.

     Without a shred of comprehending his own doing, the raven suddenly leaned in … to lock his lips with Enma. The faint taste of chocolate still lingering in both mouths as the kiss continued in silence, much to the shock of everybody, including his girlfriend.

     Hopefully after this, Enma wouldn’t dare break his face for such an insane act.

     A mere gesture of affection, but the raven’s pale face was completely darkened by shades of red. Chocolates were basically his favorite when it came to sweets, it was just that those sticks were a whole nother story. Sharing a Pocky with somebody is bound to end up doing that … game.

    And Romelle, of all people, was giving it to him.  

    On the other hand, rejecting her offer was definitely not the answer. Trembling fingers quickly swiped out one of the sticks she was holding and went straight into the mouth, chewing it down until there was nothing left. 

     ❝ T-thanks, Ro. ❞ He loved her a lot, but as if he’ll do something that embarrassing.

[ MODERN AU. ] nothing supernatural at all, just a normal boy with a normal family. except for the fact that his parents are actually famous, but anonymous novelists. they moved to many places as sales skyrocketed, all the while he and his older sister kiyomi try to live their lives as they can. 

a quiet, but well-talented boy who keeps things to himself. Is there any way to connect with him? The answer is ... probably...

Considering how darker her eyes were then usual, it was clear she was this close to passing out. ❝ I know how important those lyrics are, but ... you shouldn’t stress yourself over it... ❞
