something to chew on for a bit: the idea of kuro finding lasting relationships ( platonic, familial, or romantic ) to enjoy life for. the fact that kuro, despite knowing how they often end, will form these bonds happily. let people in his life knowing that they will eventually leave him. he tries not to forget the people he cares for. but time does wear him down, as well as memory if enough of it has passed. hes forgotten who his parents were. he knew he had a sister and a brother, but theyre long gone as well. hes had lovers and friends before too. some he can recall in name alone, others— not even that. but he knows they were all little blips in his life that gave it genuine meaning and direction , however brief. and he always values them, no matter the nature of that relationship.
