Diatober Day 1+5: Fangs + Bloody

Quite late, but here's Vampire Yui to start off Diatober! The prompts are from @fruit-of-infidelity 's Diatober list!

So there's a webtoon called Orange Marmalade where the MC is a vampire who has to hide her actual identity due to how they are perceived by the human society. Two things: most of the vampires in OM doesn't drink human blood, and instead opts for alternatives like pig blood instead (including the MC) + to hide her fangs, the MC files her teeth everyday so they remain sharp and dull like a normal human.

This Vampire Yui is inspired by those two things! Originally I sketched just Yui dulling her fangs and drinking 'tomato juice' at the rooftop, but I didn't like how they turned out, so I combined them instead, and changed up the setting for the scenario. Yui in this AU doesn't have the convenience of blood bags so she hunts to get her fuel, and sometimes it gets messy. This is one of those times.

Since it's October my head is full of all kinds of vampire Yui so hopefully I'll be able to draw more of her :D

haven't been here for a while! have a yui bloodborne au. I thought yui would fit very well as the doll and by extension, lady maria of the astral clocktower too.

Oshi no Ko(u) doodle!!!! I don't watch the anime but the op is such a banger I've been obsessed with it 😭 it also fits kou so well imo!!

(also yes. I am Aware of the hands. Might fix it in the future if I ever decided to render it, or give him justice and draw more than a doodle, but for now, simply ~~look away~~~)

DL x BLOODBORNE // Yui x Lady Maria / The Doll

Throughout my whole time getting to know Bloodborne, my brain kept on going about how much Lady Maria would suit Yui- they're both under the church, has a hunter as a father/mentor, both has really light almost white hair and both are known for kindness even amidst cruelty, abuse and violence. Also Lady Maria has connections to Cainhurst, the most vampire like place in the whole game so, yknow, the pieces fit against each other. Or at least, they fit enough for me to meld them together :D

I wanted to draw Hunter Yui with sharper eyes, and ended up experimenting more with stylisation. It's fun to play around from time to time!

Lower One’s Eyes x JinYui

For context, Jin is the name of the one with dark hair and glasses- my OC, that I ship with Yui. The song, Lower One's Eyes / ロウワー by nulut / Lanndo has been on my brain lately and it's just occured to me how perfectly they fit into it so... brainworms took over

I'm planning on doing October art challenges this year, so I'll be redrawing this at the end and hopefully by then I'll improve!
