Amber x Omni!Mark USFW drabble

Omni-Mark refused to leave Amber in her dimension when it was clear to him that Invincible did not care for her at all, plus he saved her from the other variants. Unfonruly, her boyfriend did not make it as the human male had been crushed under some rubble. The ravenette was enraged, screaming and yelling at the other variants who were laughing at her misery. OmniMark refused to let them get away for making her cry, so he did place her down before throwing a punch and starting a fight. After killing that variant, he scooped the female up since her ankle was broken and she was not safe. He took her far away from the cities and deep into the woods, as they waited for her to heal. 

Mark remembered his love who died in his dimension from an accident, but he always remembered her favorite place. It was a secret spot in a normal forest in Wisconsin, where they had gone on a date. However, for this place, she made them hike and do everything like normal humans instead of simply flying to the spot. It was well worth it for the view and everything, as it was a magical night which only deepened their bond. As he was flying late into the evening, this dimension Amber was passed out from exhaustion, which made it easier to carry her to the place he had in mind. Floating down, his red boots touched the grass as he glanced around, taking in the sight of everything. He closed his eyes, remembering when he first came here with his Amber on a date back in his world.

Mark had fallen asleep after they had hiked all day to reach the spot, as he dozed off in the tent, while Amber must have been outside waiting for the sun to set to see the night sky. She had always boasted about wanting to come back to this place to show the male the stars, which he had only scoffed at, not seeing what was so special about them. The tent was unzipped as he rubbed at his eyes, stretching as he had not slept for a couple of nights, since he had rushed back to Earth after being off-world for some time. He wanted to make it back in time for his date with Amber, but was not expecting her to want to do things the hard way of hiking through the forest nearly fifteen miles in one day. The ravenette stated that flying would have been cheating, plus the smile she gave him was too cute to say no to. The female climbed into the tent and grabbed the male by the hands to pull him outside. It was chilly outside as it was early spring, and the weather was unpredictable. 

Stepping outside, the alien was casually glancing to get a hold of his bearings before his eyes went straight back to his girlfriend, looking up at him with a large smile. She had her hair thrown up in a fluffy, messy bun to keep out of her face, but he loved the natural curls of her hair as it gave it volume. “Look up, silly.” Grunting with low expectations, Mark glanced up, not understanding why she was so excited to be in an isolated place. That was until he glanced at the night sky, which caused his eyes to widen with shock from the view that was before him. 

The wide, open sky all around them. Dark, with no trace of the setting sun remaining, and yet... ablaze with light, too. A kind of light that Mark had seen in books and movies, and TV. Now, though, Mark knew that even his lover's vivid, intimate descriptions of her experiences admiring the stars had not been able to describe the full beauty of everything. Her words had been so full of praise and wonderment for the night sky at this location that Mark had almost worried the real thing couldn't possibly live up to her embellishment. She had talked about it for months while waiting for this trip, just to show him. Amber had tried, she really had, and Mark was so grateful to her for attempting to convey her passion and delight to enthuse and prepare him. But she hadn't come anywhere close to describing even a fraction of what Mark was seeing now. What was the male feeling now? “Oh. That's....”

Mark swallowed as he felt one of Amber's hands linger in his own, squeezing his larger hands tightly as his voice became slightly more monotone. His girlfriend wasn't the slightest bit convinced by his apparent lack of emotion though, indeed she kept hold of his hand as she stepped even closer to him, the two of them standing side by side, her smaller body leaning up against his as Mark just stood there and felt tears welling up in his eyes. Tears he didn't want to fall, not because he was ashamed to cry, but because he didn't want his vision blurred, not when he had only just discovered what it was that he had been missing for all those years.

The sky. The stars. The whole universe spread out on a gleaming carpet high, high above, with Amber by his side. This trip was the closest thing Mark had felt in years with condenment as everything was perfect. Amber was by his side, a part of his life, and they truly loved each other. A small smile escaped his lips as he squeezed her hand in turn as he stared up at the stars, letting his mind wander. The whole infinity of the universe was floating, twinkling eternally above him, and it almost... not quite, but almost meant as much to him as the woman who had brought him here to witness it.

Mark's eyes turned away from the stars to glance at Amber as she stared up at the view with excitement. It took some time before she saw from the corner of her eye that he was staring at her. The male wanted to fly up to the night sky to bring the stars down themselves to bathe her in them. Crocking an eyebrow, she smirked before nudging him with an elbow and pointing upward with her free hand. “Um, hello. I'm not going anywhere. Don't look at me. Look at the stars.” However, the male did not bother to waste another second staring at the sky as he turned towards the ravenette. He gently pulled her hand that was in his enough so that she was facing him now as well, before pulling her into a kiss. When the male broke away, he continued to stare down at her, before he spoke softly, “I love you, Amber.” “I love you too, Mark,” Amber murmured adoringly before letting go of his hand to loop both of her arms around his neck. 

His hands encircled her lean torso, too, and another moment later they were kissing. Fondly at first, full of warmth and affection, but then a little deeper, Amber's eyes widening as she felt Mark's tongue dancing not just against the tip of her own, but probing a little way beyond her soft, moist lips. Mark’s hands slipped down from her hips to cup her buttocks through her jeans as he moaned from their kiss. As Amber lay on the ground, her lover kissed her deeply as his hands moved to unfasten the buttons of her shirt, along with the bra underneath. The ravenette gasped and moaned as he finished unfastening her shirt and bra before moving towards her jeans. “Mark... but, t-the stars...” The male grunted gently and kissed Amber's belly while his fingers unfastened the buttons of her pants. Mumbling softly, he said, “You said the sky would be clear all weekend. That means we have all tonight, and all tomorrow night at least. I... just need you right now.” 

Amber watched as her jeans and panties were tossed off to one side, and she whimpered softly, biting her bottom lip as she felt Mark's hands immediately grab her thighs.
