It's funny how this perspective almost had me forgetting that Bumblebee in his bumblebee mode is still the size of a Fiat. Notes: The next comic post is going to be pretty heavy on the angst for my typical output, so here's some lazy and quick fluff (heh) to try and achieve some degree of equilibrium. For the first time in a while, I cannot make any promises on when the next page will be ready since I have - once again - gotten a bit more ambitious than a Friday or Saturday upload within this week will allow. My apologies for getting ahead of myself by promising Part 2 in a week the day I posted Part 1! Please know though that I'm pretty excited for when I will finally be ready to upload Part 2 because I'm really enjoying writing Bumblebee's dialogue for it and I'm having a lot of fun with the posing and movements! Speaking of the comic, any input on formatting is appreciated!

“Most People Don’t Just Move Past Being Upset About Their Bodies Being Mutilated.” - Part 1 Tensions were… high.

The consciousness of the bumblebee he was fused with still exists in his brain (or, I guess, their “shared” brain), and when Bumblebee experiences really strong emotions his words quickly morph into loud buzzing, much to his frustration. Bumblebee calls her Vespa. 

He can fly in his Bumblebee form, and still has most of his speed from his original vehicle mode. 

While he’s much physically stronger now, his stingers effectively have a limited use, and he has to let them “recharge” after so many uses.

Yes, he IS fluffy to the touch despite being made of metal. 

He can talk to bees. Yes, Blitzwing has asked him if he can talk to ants, but for Bumblebee that would be like talking to someone in the same language with a VERY thick accent. 

He is far more sensitive to hot and cold temperatures. 

He can digest sugar now, and has developed a fondness for human desserts, especially those made of honey (he has eaten more than a few of the ant jellies Blitzwing uses for his colonies). 

He really enjoys the smell of flowers. Blitzwing has been gifting him a number of (stolen) bouquets as he tries to process the whole ordeal. 

Notes: Chip-dip6! You’ve practically been here partaking of my nonsense doodles from the start, so there’s no way I couldn’t bring a little more of my A-game on this one to show my appreciation! Sorry to keep ya waiting a few days for a response! Your ask got me thinking, so I felt like going a little more "in medias res" with the idea. My apologies for how wholly unambitious Bumblebee’s techno-organic design is; I imagine that Black Arachnia had “refined” her experiments enough that Bumblebee wasn’t as deformed by the process as Wasp had been, but maybe my brain is just telling itself that to try and justify how unimaginative my design is! I did take some inspiration from the techno-organic Bumblebee design by @batim-fan and the insecticon design by @p12lysanderdelanne, and I wanna be sure to give credit where due! Now THEY have got talent in designing buggy transformers!

Oh, Starscream, is this not what you wanted when you dreamed of being finally able to "look down on all those beneath you"? I also love how both Thundercracker and Skywarp are committing to the bit, Skywarp's just being sure to take some artistic licensing with it! But, yes, I concur that - should you ever be in possession of a ceiling fan - you should attach those idiots to the blades with some nice, strong wire and send them to Mach 1.

When the Autobots and Decepticons finally came to a tumultuous but circumstantially demanded ceasefire on Earth, Hedwig thought it was about time she met this mini-bot that Blitzwing seemed to have befriended as of recent. Blitzwing wasn't allowed to come along though, since she wanted to be sure she could judge Bumblebee for herself without Blitzwing intervening. Notes: You should be proud @blutratte, you've made my apparent hyper-fixation even more intense following your amazing art by making me realize that I have never drawn Hedwig and Bumblebee together. At least their first "hangout" seems to be going well....

....even if Blitzwing is undoubtably watching them both through binoculars over in the bushes.

Hedwig does not appreciate Blitzwing doubting her. I gave Hedwig a little red gem on her crown because @blutratte did and I thought it was cute! Much translation appreciations to @rintinningvt! I know it's the case for literally millions of people, but I've always found the ability to speak multiple languages to be such a fascinating human-socialization power move! Also, I have officially drawn Hothead four times in the last two weeks, meaning I'm not legally allowed to draw him again for the next month. Notes in Post: Whoops! Noticed a typo in the German on my own end when I was finishing up the caption and image description! Went ahead and fixed it, sorry about that!

God above, Blut, I was NOT mentally ready for the PURE-ARTISTRY equivalent of a JUMPSCARE in my notifications!

THERE IS NO PART OF THIS I DON'T ADORE! THE LIGHTING! THE PERSPECTIVE! THE SOFT PURPLE AND PINK COLORS! HOW ALL THREE PERSONALITIES GET TO MAKE AN APPEARANCE WITH RANDOM BREAKING THE FOURTH WALL! MEGATRON JUST GOING LIMP LIKE A BAG OF TYRANNICAL POTATOES! BLITZWING'S LITTLE CLAWS! AND HEDWIG DRAWN IN BEAUTIFUL REDS OF RAGE!! I LOVE HOW YOU DREW HER AND HER LITTLE EYES FILLED WITH VENGEANCE!! SHE JUST WANTS TO PROTECT HER VERY LARGE ROBOT FRIEND AND WILL LET HELL SORT OUT ANY SOULS THAT MAY ENTAIL! This... this IS the "good sh*t"! Like a fine wine for the eyes! Also, this could not be less related, but the unwavering confidence of Hedwig just wiping the floor with Megatron in that "fight" (not really much of a fight on Megatron's end, of course) reminds me of Johnny from Charlie Daniels' "The Devil Went Down to Georgia".

Based off of a prompt-in-passing by a mutual of mine who also enjoys reappearances of Bumblebee the dumb-drop. I cannot justify how all-in I went on this other than that my brain had convinced itself that it was funny. I am aware how debatable that is. Notes: This is another long, more serious ramble, so feel free to skip if you’re just here for the doodle! No worries at all, I hope it was able to give you a bit of a laugh! I want to thank everyone that spent their time offering their perspectives on my questions from last week! It was fun to see how you experience and feel about my nonsense doodles, but more seriously, I appreciate the honesty you gave in how you feel about the way I conduct myself in interactions with visitors to my blog. I’m glad many of you feel that I come across as sincere and that you feel heard in our interactions, but after a bit of introspection, those who felt I can come across as both insincere AND sincere at different times make a valid point. I try very hard to come across as supportive, compassionate, and largely unserious, but I realize that I can get to a point of going overboard on those fronts and just end up sounding saccharine. It’s very possible that my words of encouragement sound like copy-and-pasted empty praise, or that my efforts to engage with commenters sound like me taking a casual interaction way too seriously and making them feel obligated to get more involved than they intended, or that my efforts to empathize with someone else’s personal experiences sound like me trying to make their struggles about myself. The point is, my efforts to be approachable and cheery probably DO sound like someone trying to fake a facade of friendliness on many occasions to a good number of people, and I’m going to reflect on that. For me, maybe that just means not taking things to eleven every time someone says something remotely positive. Maybe that means thinking about the words I use versus the words I overuse. Maybe that means reading the room a little more about how we are all mostly internet strangers in passing on a shared webpage. Maybe that means knowing when something can be said in less words than my talkative tendencies always fall back on. Okay, we can all agree that that last one is going to be the hardest for me! Oh, and to anyone who comments on my nonsense doodles or sends me asks, please know that your engagement means so much to me, and that you have a level of courage I can’t help but envy. Every time I comment on someone else’s posts or send someone an ask - be they mutuals or strangers - I am terrified that they will think I’m being obnoxious, or attention seeking, or unjustifiably familiar in tone. I mean, I probably am all those things to some degree because I can be a bit dense at the best of times, but I certainly don’t intend to be. I’m not trying to fish for sympathy here, more just to mention that, despite those worries ping-ponging around inside my skull, I still manage to push myself past the fear more often than not because I try telling myself that other artists and fans of a piece of media might enjoy compliments and comments on their posts - along with words of encouragement and camaraderie in their inboxes - the way I enjoy seeing them on my blog. That genuine human-human engagement is the kind of vibe I want to share with others the way it’s been shared with me, even if I might accidentally go about it in the wrong way now and then. So thank you for having that courage and reminding me that it is - more often than not - fun to talk to people about the thoughts going through your head on a shared interest! Also, on the chance anyone has actually read all the way down to here, I do have a quick question for which any and all input is appreciated!

In episode 34 s3 ”Where is thy sting?”

When wasp swaps place with Bumblebee. Would Blitz noticed that something was wrong or think it was Bumblebee.

And what is Blitzwing opinion on Wasp, I can think he dosen’t like him and would want to kill if he get the moment.

Heh, well, for whatever my headcanon is worth, here's what I imagine (this is long, so please keep that in mind and maybe grab some water!): 1) I'll give the episode credit that it does the bare minimum of having the Autobots themselves at least notice that something is amiss with "Bumblebee's" behavior and remain uncertain for the rest of the episode until the reveal. It took Wasp reading through Bumblebee's literal records to make up for the personal information that Bulkhead and Prowl were able to recognize him by. Blitzwing may be erratic and carefree compared to his faction mates, but he is a Decepticon, and no one knows the ins and outs of DECEPTION like a Decepticon. Blitzwing would almost instantly notice something was up with "Bumblebee" because, honestly, Bumblebee's typical behaviors ARE pretty predictable; fast talking, cocky, easily distracted, responsibility avoidant, self-serving - the absence of ANY of these traits within three minutes of dialogue with Bumblebee would probably set off silent alarms in Blitzwing's head. Also, while Wasp was able to find out enough information about Bumblebee and the Autobots from their records to keep up the charade for just a bit longer, that's all information that the AUTOBOTS know about each other! Wasp wouldn't know the more personal information that Bumblebee knows about Blitzwing, such as how Blitzwing likes to sculpt, is good at dancing, and is proficient in swordsmanship. The point is, Blitzwing would notice something was up almost immediately and not hesitate to act on it. 2) Prior to the body swapping, Blitzwing wouldn't have an opinion of Wasp outside of any stories Bumblebee might have told him. As far as Blitzwing was concerned, Wasp wasn't really a factor in his existence or in Bumblebee's anymore following the accusations and arrest. But if Blitzwing is around when Wasp does impersonate Bumblebee - and assuming Blitzwing has some form of platonic or romantic affections for Bumblebee by that point - then Blitzwing would definitely want to put Wasp in his place for both what he did to Bumblebee and for having the audacity to try and fool a Decepticon. However, if the situation currently at play IS Wasp impersonating Bumblebee, then Blitzwing obviously can't kill him right there and then because he doesn't know where the real Bumblebee is or what's happened to him. If it's Bumblebee that finds Blitzwing after Wasp has switched their bodies, then Blitzwing might similarly hesitate to kill disguised Wasp because he doesn't know if the body swap can be reversed, and killing a disguised Wasp might just look like killing Bumblebee to the already confused Autobots, who aren't about to trust the concerns of a notorious Decepticon getting himself involved. If both Bumblebee and Wasp have been returned to their original bodies, then as much as Blitzwing may want to kill Wasp for the hassle, he wouldn't really get much of an opportunity to do so since Wasp will already have multiple Autobots on the hunt for him, and Blitzwing trying to exact revenge might only draw undue attention to him by the Autobots. Blitzwing absolutely wants Wasp to pay for what he's done, but that's not an easy task to accomplish at the moment, and for now, he's probably just glad Bumblebee is alright and that Wasp isn't an immediate concern. I hope this answered your question and provided a fun hypothetical!

Do NOT tell that bot ANYTHING!!! I think he might be a cop... This here's my half of a meme-redraw art trade with @lyrebite! We each gave the other person a meme to redraw in their styles with Transformers characters of our choosing, and I was prompted to draw Prowl as this ever nostalgic meme (included below)! 'Bout time I finally got around to drawing a version of Prowl, all things considered!

All the little souvenir shops and the like in the city I'm staying in for the next while have tall, metal floor racks with hooks covered in different varieties of locally produced beef jerky.

Notes: It occurred to me the other day that I have officially been posting for over two months now, and it was an odd feeling to think on that and the stark contrast in the content I make now versus when I first started posting. That got me thinking about the greater experience of it all, and how I can't separate it from the really fun and skilled people I've gotten to know as an aspect of it. As such, I actually have a few questions that would mean a ton to me for you as a viewer to give your input on, though you are absolutely not obligated to answer any of them if you don't want to. One will be on this post, and the other two will be on separate posts. I know I often repeat my belief that we should all make the kind of content we want to see personally, but it would still be insightful and helpful to know how others see my content, too!

Of COURSE I like your comic, @mrt2390! What a wonderful surprise this was, and you definitely conveyed the vibe of my previous hypothetical interaction!

You put a ton of effort into this, and I genuinely laughed out loud at the little drawing of Hothead and Random internally screaming and Bumblebee's defeat-riddled "God Damit"! And Bumblebee just getting one-hand seized? Marvelous, an always appreciated classic! The attention to detail you have is impressive, such as making Bumblebee's ant costume stretch around the fenders and tires on his shoulders! I can also tell the forethought you put into Bumblebee's dialogue! I practically rewrite dialogue at least three times over for every doodle I make that includes it, so I admire how in-character you made yours!

Above all, I hope you had fun making this, and that you take pride in the final product! May this ridiculous headcanon be a joke many of us can continue to embrace as a group!

I did make a comic after I had ask @bearhaironthechair. I had ask them about what would Blitz reaction be if Bee dressed like I ant. I did like the answer and wanted to make comic. I did go after their answer and try my best to go after that, not sure if it 100 right but hope they will like it.
