Robin sincerely wishes that he was as charming and likable as his parents, especially his mother, but he always feels super awkward around people. What he doesn’t realize, however, is that he gets that from Eugene, and that people do genuinely like him a lot. He’s too caught up in his own mind to see it, so he puts up a bit of a front. Acts confident. Relies on his intellect to get through conversations quickly.

What's an AU that would be interesting to explore with your OC?

I’d love a corruption/villainous arc, of course, but I don’t yet know how I would write it. I’ll have to think more on it. A vampire AU would be tragically hilarious! I could also see him fitting pretty well into a D&D based AU, or a modern AU.

What’s something unimportant / frivolous that they hate passionately?

Anchovies. Robin doesn’t like fish in general, but he’s convinced that anchovies specifically are the bane of his existence, but Bertram loves them as a little treat, so he still buys them on occasion. He has the courtesy to not complain about the smell too much while the vendor is in earshot. Trying to find other treats that Bertram likes as much as anchovies has thus far been a fruitless endeavor, but Robin’s still trying!

Name: Prince Robin Fitzherbert of Corona (Goes by Robin)

Parents: Queen Rapunzel of Corona and King Consort Eugene Fitzherbert

Age: 18

Sexuality: Bicurious…? He hasn’t really experimented with it tbh he’s got other things on his mind, but people are pretty.

Appearance: long blond hair, green eyes, freckles, tall and lean build, several piercings in his ears, style is a mix of eccentric wizard/prince charming/roguish adventurer.

Abilities/Skills: Painting, Drawing, Sun magic/healing, Prophecy, Stealth, Parkour, Fencing, Singing.

Personality: Intelligent, somewhat obsessive, goal oriented, creative, dashing rogue, adventurous, cunning, feels cooped up in the palace, has an intense desire to explore his own power, helpful, a bit naïve, sneaky, hides his ambition from his parents because he fears their disapproval.

Familiar: Bertram, a raven whose broken wing he healed after finding him on a walk through the woods. They’ve been inseparable ever since. Bertram goes out and collects spell components and potion ingredients for him, but also tends to bring him shiny things.

Backstory: Robin has been studying and strengthening his magic behind his mother’s back for years now. Most of his clandestine excursions outside of the palace have been to track down arcane books, ancient scrolls, artifacts, anything that could possibly help him master the talents he was born with. Naturally, his ambition and royal status has made him a target, but he has no idea just how many villains are eager to get their hands on him.
