we woke up early and it's sunny again so guess who ended up fronting and finally doing a bunch of tasks we'd been putting off.
we're taking it easy but we've still managed to do some stuff like wiping down our desk, watering our plants, etc
#personal#thoughts#Sylvain post#happy posting#🍬's also fronting so we're both just hanging out and getting stuff done#we're trying to get back into the habit of other alters co-fronting more so he's not the only one handling things#because having someone else fronting definitely helps but I think he does also need time to himself otherwise he gets overwhelmed#he can't really leave front and most of the time someone else has to deliberately start fronting otherwise it's just him#but he likes having other alters around to hang out with. it's just that everyone forgets to switch in a lot of the time#anyway I don't think he's really posted about this but he's been a lot more organised with keeping on top of journaling since new year's#and he's been doing better at keeping on top of our to-do list
