i imagine that perhaps they're allies. during a mission of sorts, the 141 end up dropping this info on them, and alejandro n rudy are just amused that this prince - who probably has never handled a weapon before, who has never seen the horrors of war, who has been pampered all his life - has managed to win the hearts of four elite soldiers without even trying.

but when they're visiting the kingdom and catch sight of you - gods above, they realize why the 141 likes you so much. alejandro and rudy sneak out and catch you alone, and walk with you in the palace garden, under the guise of ensuring no one tries to hurt you. of course, you know it's just an excuse to talk to you, but you don't mind.

they're enamored by you and alejandro is definitely more flirty than rudy, but rudy is more sweet and witty, and you have a fun time with those two. however, you keep yourself from making outright flirty comments back, knowing your place, but instead make vague wnd cryptic comments that could be read as flirty. still, you have fun with them, and enjoy their company.

but, the 141 are a little annoyed when you come back from your walk. not at you, but at the other two for stealing you away. your parent calls you away and you wave at them, and snort when you get a chorus of 'bye's from them.

but the tension is thicker when you leave, and suddenly you have six soldiers after you like dogs looking for affection.

Omg our time zones are wildly off 😭😭 it's currently 11:25 pm where I'm from.

But I wanted to talk about this Miguel story idea where he loses his husband and Gabi because it's so good?? And I adore angst and seeing beautiful men in anguish so obviously I love it but oh the story potential is incredible! My mind is swimming with so many scenes and ideas for it, please please more crumbs of it?

thank youuu ! and it definitely has potential, and tbh i dont rlly have ideas for it. it was just an idea, a spitball of sorts.

but i imagine that miguel never thought about losing his husband and daughter, nevermind at the same time. he's just thinking about helping miles save his father, stopping spot, and going home - and he does. they save his dad, stop spot, amd miguel goes homes, exhausted but pleased by the events, and wanting nothing more than to be with the comfort of his family.

so imagine the mortification, the horror, when everything suddenly tips over, how his soul extinguishes when his husband and daughter die right before his eyes.

and the aftermath, how he'll be desperately trying to do everything in his power to bring them back, willing to do absolutely anything - and crumbles when lyla tells him they're gone.

and how he directs his anger onto miles and the universe in general. he becomes the miguel we know, but 10x worst. he literally turns into a villain

his whole motto literally turns into 'if i can't have a happy ending, no one can'
