Appearance

Romeo is a pink heart sporting a pair of white wings. His outfit consists of a pinkish red tuxedo with dark red lapels resembling a heart, a white undershirt with a rose pink tie with its knot resembling a heart, dark red heart buttons, pinkish red pants, and white shoes.

In his info card and posters, he’s often seen wielding a golden bow and pink arrows with red hearts at the ends of them.

Personality

As one can probably tell, Romeo loves…love! He loves spreading love, feeling loved, and making others feel loved. He has a rather playful and flirtatious personality, both towards other Toons and even the player. He likes to play matchmaker and generally help Toons with their relationships, even if it can come across as pushy and invasive at times. Aside from all that, he is generally optimistic and positive, believing fully in the power of love of all kinds.

However, underneath all the sweet glitz and romantic glamour lies an insatiable hunger for affection. As such, he is very sensitive to rejection and abandonment and will seek affection by any means necessary. Romeo does also have a bit of a cheeky side to him, as seen in his interaction with Shrimpo.

Twisted Romeo is a stationary Twisted that, similar to Twisted Annie, will stand in the middle of a floor. He basically acts like a sniper, when a Toon ends up in his detection range, he will point an arrow at them. This is displayed by a line of ichor that goes from him to the Toon he’s targeting. 

A number will display above the targeted Toon, counting down from 3 to 0. If the Toon is still in his line of fire after the countdown reaches 0, Romeo will shoot an arrow at them, dealing one heart of damage if it hits. If the Toon hides behind a wall or structure or manages to get far enough away from him, he will cease fire or move on to the closest Toon in his sight if there is one.

The arrow can also be dodged after it’s shot if you’re quick enough. He can also be affected by abilities that blind Twisteds. 

While he doesn’t move, he makes the sound of a beating heart, which gets louder and faster the closer you are to him.

Trivia

Romeo’s first name comes from the eponymous character of Shakespeare’s play “Romeo and Juliet” 

In the lore, Romeo is a trans man because he was originally conceptualized as a female named “Juliet” and was referred to as such a few times during the concept phase, but was then changed to a male.

Despite his flirtatious personality and desire for love and affection, Romeo is actually aroace. Making the love he desires to be platonic. 

While she’s not playable, Romeo does have a pet lovebird named “Juliet”, after his initial name from the concept phase.

One of his elevator quotes is a reference to the song “Can You Feel the Love Tonight?” from The Lion King.

His info card, and one of his ability quotes reference the song “You Give Love a Bad Name” by Bon Jovi.

Much like how Bobette is Dandy’s World’s equivalent to Santa, Romeo is Dandy’s World’s equivalent to Cupid.

Drabble Event Day 6

Aether's legs were moving as quick as they could through the Chinjou Forest, his breath was uneven and his heart was racing. Only one thought was echoing in his head. Run. A phrase resonated in the deep woods. "We're gonna get you..."

One moment he was hanging out with his friends in the inazuman forest, and the other he was being chased by the same people who were laughing along with him a couple of seconds earlier. And all of that just because of a playful poke! Weren't they exaggerating a bit?

He didn't have time to complain about whether their reaction was fair or not, he had to focus only on dashing through the trees and not get caught. But what chances did he have against a Yaksha and a samurai who knew that island better than the back of his hand?

Just when he was realizing who his ... were, a shadow jumped down from a tree and grabbed him by his shoulders, taking advantage of the surprise effect to pin him down to the ground. "I got you!" Kazuha said softly, winking at the blond and sticking his tongue out playfully.

Not even a second after, Xiao reached the two of them and straddled Aether, sitting on his knees to prevent him from kicking. He wasn't even trying to keep his grouchy attitude, for once he was smiling playfully while looking down at the poor Traveler. "So, what was that stunt you pulled earlier?" He asked while cracking his knuckles.

The blond gulped loudly and stuttered, trying to talk his way out of that predicament. "It... it was nothing serious... I j-just wanted to see you smile..!" To be honest, he had considered the chance that they would try to get him back, but he had also decided that it would've been worth it.

"That's really sweet of you to say," the wanderer cooed "we'll make sure to return the favor tenfolds." He stated while gesturing to the shorter guy to wait a second before striking. Then he brought his hands above Aether's tummy and wiggled his fingers without actually touching him.

"Aeeehehehe wahait Kazuhahahaaa thihis is unfahahair..!" The Traveler whined, giggling already. "Why are you giggling already? Can't you see that he isn't even tickling you yet?" Xiao asked directly, genuinely confused by his friend's behavior. However, the blond thought he was just teasing him, so he just arched his back and kept laughing with a faint blush on his cheeks.

"That's how sensitive he is to a gentle touch." Kazuha explained, ignoring the distressed whine coming from the adventurer "The mere sight of some wiggling fingers makes his face become as red as maple leaves in autumn. Isn't that right, Giggles?"

"Noooooohoho" the poor guy couldn't do anything but blush even harder and squeeze his eyes shut, hoping to find some sort of relief in not seeing those sneaky fingers anymore. "Not a good move for such an experienced warrior like you..." the white-haired guy commented feigning seriousness while nodding at the Yaksha "If you stay like that, you'll never know when your opponent will strike." He said with a natural tone, and at the end of the sentence twenty fingers descended on the Traveler's tummy and sides, poking, caressing and digging in the soft skin.

"Wha- nahahahahaha Ihihi wahasn't reheheadyyy ehehehehe" the yellow-eyed guy protested, only to be told that a surprise attack wasn't supposed to be announced. Kazuha was really in a mood that day, he thought.

"What's wrong, huh? Can't take what you dish out?" Xiao teased while tickling his sides, ribs and the v-line of his hips, making him buck them in a futile attempt to make him fall. "Serves you right for poking me earlier..!" He scoffed in fake anger, although the thought of the squeak he had made was still making him blush a little.

"Yohohour ehexpressiohohons ahahand squeahahahals wehere wohohorth ihihit!!" Aether said in a moment of sudden boldness, making the other two gasp. "Well, there's only a way to find out if they were really worth it." Kazuha stated while moving his hands to stretch the skin around his friend's belly button.

The Yaksha understood immediately and unleashed his tickly wrath on Aether's death spot, making him go ballistic immediately. "WAAAAHHAHAHAHAHA NAHAHAT THEHEHEHEREHEHE NOHOHOHOHO" The blond begged in vain.

The shorter guy completely ignored him. He just kept tracing the rim of the navel before dipping a finger in, wiggling his finger inside, giving quick pokes and scratch delicately at the walls as if he was trying to clean them.

For someone as ticklish as Aether, it was way too much to handle. "AAAAAAAAHHHAHAHAHA PLEHEAHAHAHSE STAHAHAHAHAHAP IHIHIT IHIHI CAHAHAN'T TAHAHAHAKEHE IHIHIT" Hearing him beg, his friends immediately let him up and helped him lean against a tree to recover from all that laughing.

"Thahat was mean... all ohof that for a lihittle poke..." the Traveler complained. "You like it and we all know it." Kazuha stated calmly as he booped his friend's nose, making him become more red than a jueyun chili.

"Aaaahh..!" The adventurer whined while hiding his face behind his hands, "Your squeals were really cute though... I don't regret anything..!"

"HAH?! As if, Yakshas don't squeal..." Xiao huffed, turning around to hide the light shade of pink that was painting his cheeks. The Traveler smirked to himself, observing his friend's ears change color, then he whispered to the wanderer "He's gonna be next, right?"

Only to see no one by his side. As soon as he realized that the white-haired guy was nowhere to be found, he heard a surprised scream, a little thump and some high-pitched giggles.

It was going to be a long day.

It’s been a while since I’ve been here and since you reached 3k followers (congrats for that❤️‍🔥) I decided to send something in as well. You wanted more Haikyuu requests if I remember right and since you added not too long ago some new characters, I decided to try one out. I thought about the Rockstar AU for Semi, but with a little twist.

Basically the darling is the famous Rockstar to whom Semi looks up to and he might just be a bit too obsessed with them. They’re his idol and during one of his concerts he spots them in the crowd and (literally) freezes for a few seconds. After the concert he approaches them without telling the others and tries to keep his nerves together in front of his obsession. Turns out the darling is actually a fan of his band and got their hands on a ticket, obviously using the chance to see one of their favorites.

They ask for an autograph of his whilst also admitting that they would love to work one time together with Semi and his band. But a happy ending for Semi is kind of ruined when the darling, shortly before leaving, kind of tells him that he, whilst in fact definitely one of her favorite band members, is not the no.1 and the way they act when they talk about their fav awakens the impression that they like that person a bit too much. It obviously leaves Semi with bitter feelings, knowing that he’s not his darling’s no.1. We’ll keep it safe with SFW.

Hope this was detailed enough for you😅. You don’t have to do it if you don’t want too, but I kind of enjoyed the thought of the darling being (for now) in a power position as a world-known rockstar with god knows how many fans and Semi being in comparison not so famous. There’s simply too much public attention.

The internet was a strange thing. The way people can fall in love with people over a screen, people they’ve never seen and never met. And Semi knew that feeling all to well, he fell so hard for you. He’s never met you, he’s only ever seen you from a screen or crowd yet he was madly in love with you.

Semi watched videos of you everyday, paparazzi photos, professional photographs of you, videos of you preforming (no matter how low quality), he just loved seeing you.

Every chance he got he went to see you preform, watching you play your guitar with adoration. He loved seeing to love in your eyes, your love of preforming, your love of singing and playing instruments. You were just amazing inside and out.

As much as Semi looked into your eyes in photos, or videos, or fancams. He hadn’t expected to make eye contact with you in the near future. Yet he did. Semi, a side vocalist and bassist for a small indie group, saw you in the crowd.

You were watching him, and his band members but he didn’t care about that. You were looking at him.

Your beautiful face, your eyes shining as you listen to the small band’s music. He froze for a moment, mouth slightly agape at seeing you standing in the small club watching their performance.

However Semi quickly caught himself, continuing to play the bass guitar with a small blush on his face. He never thought he would ever see you, besides stalking your social media’s. He wasn’t worth your time! However you were here, watching him! He tried his best to play for you, give you an amazing show, playing more chords then he normally would.

You loved it, smiling from the crowd. The show ends shortly after, Semi still taking glances at you from the stage while him and the other band members bow and leave the stage. You smile, happily weaving your way through the crowd to him. You saw him looking at you from the stage, and you loved his playing, so why not approach him? What could go wrong?

“Hello!” You call to him, your voice is so much more beautiful when you’re not on a stage or through a video.

“Just wanted to stop you and tell you that your performance was really good! You all have great music, I can’t stop listening to it” You say smiling, completely unaware of how many thoughts were running through the man in front of you’d head.

You had listened to his songs. All of his songs that he’s written about you. Every song Semi’s written was about you, being unbelievably in love with you, being in love with someone who will never love you or notice you back.

Yet you did, you noticed him, you talked to him. It was fate, it absolutely had to be. You and Semi were made for each other, and he would do whatever he had to do to get into that relationship with you.

1. Who usually wakes up first? Levi, definitely, despite I consider myself a morning person, I feel he's more responsible with this.

2. Who's more likely to cook breakfast? Levi, because he's the one who wakes up first and he likes to treat me as a queen and take breakfast to the bed. The best way to wake up 💘

3. Who's more likely to start any chores? I think it is a draw in this one. We both share similar OCD (his is cleaning, mine is organizing), so the two of us start and do all the chores. It's our routine.

4. Who does most of the grocery shopping? That's me, I like going to the market and see all the fresh food and spices. He'll go with me to help me carry all the stuff, and I'm grateful for that 🥺

8. Who writes a to-do list of the next day? Me, definitely, because I'm most organized and he tends to forget about the chores at home.

9. Who sleeps the longest? Takes naps? I think I'm the one who sleeps the longest. None of us takes naps because both of us being sorcerers doesn't let us a lot of free time to do it, and adding the fac that I don't like naps.

10. Who's the blanket hog? This big ass tree is the one who always steals the blanket, so we have two big blankets so we don't end up fighting in our sleep for the same one.

1 Who usually wakes up first?

Levi, cause the man never sleeps anyway. This doesn't really change unless he's exhausted.

2 Who is more likely to cook breakfast?

Whoever is up first usually. During the week it's him unless I happen to get up earlier. On weekends he waits for me and we do it together. If I can beat him to it, I'll try to have it ready.

3 Who is more likely to start any chores?

Probably Levi. Making the bed, doing dishes. If it were just me I'd put it off, but since I know he won't, I'll help. Weekends it's a little more lazy but eventually one of us will start the laundry, among other things.

4 Who does most of the grocery shopping?

Me. I love doing it anyway and I know what Levi wants and he'll give me a tiny list if he wants something extra. Plus, I like meal planning. He'll stop by if I forget something. On weekends we go together, sometimes, if I can drag Levi to 3 different stores to get all the best deals.

Levi. Calls or texts on our lunch breaks to chat or to check what time the other will be home. On weekends if we're not together and he's out somewhere, Ill be texting him.

Me, if I get home first or had the day off. I've got everything planned usually anyway and want Levi to be able to relax. On weekends, we do it together, getting everything ready in the afternoon if it needs to go in the oven.

We kind of trade off but I usually win. He doesn't watch much tv anyway. I like my dramas and classic movies, and let's be honest, so does Levi...even if he comments on how unrealistic some things are. We do both like to watch game shows together though.

8 Who writes a to-do list for the next day?

Me, at least I try. It's hard to follow through but Levi helps a lot with that if I actually make the list, since too many tasks can overwhelm me. It may be supposed to help keep things on track, but seeing all the things stresses me out. Levi takes a handful off my plate when he can.

9 Who sleeps the longest? Takes naps?

Me. I go to bed before and get up after him. Even though I stay up late he wins out most of the time. I also like naps and, can usually talk Levi into them. He'll take a cat nap and then just cuddle until I wake up or he wakes me up, since I can sleep for hours.

Well, me, but! It's because Levi is always tucking the blanket around me, especially when he gets up. We both run a little warm so push the air down and then I get cold, and he's still warm. I like being cozy under the blanket.

Jean most of the time, me sometimes. If he has an early day I try to get up with him. On weekends, we slowly wake up together.

Jean. I love breakfast and he loves making it. I get breakfast in bed a lot or get to be leisurely and take my time while he cooks. Sometimes I help or get him to let me make him breakfast once in a while.

3 Who is more likely to start any chores?

Both of us, more so him. He'll do dishes while I make the bed and one of us takes the dog out. On weekends we walk the dog together and try to plan a strategy to finish chores early, or not at all.

Me, with a list heavily influenced by Jean. I still love grocery shopping, and on weekends he'll come with me and hold the coupons and we agree to get one junk food item each...or maybe like five.

Jean. He's so clingy it's...adorable. And gets me in trouble sometimes at work. I'll have to sneak a text to tell him to stop and he gets sad. However if I'm home I'll put it on speaker and we aimlessly chat, like we're not going to see each other in a bit.

Jean. He's such a good cook though! I help or if I have something planned and he's available, he'll help me. On weekends I try to make him to a nice meal.

Me, after whining from Jean. But he watches crap so...oh well. But we love watching reality shows together and deciding which one of us would be better at whatever the contestants are doing.

Me. Again, do I do stick to it? Maybe. Jean kind of encourages me NOT to make it if it's nothing that has to get done (like, paying a bill) and if I forget or run out of time, he'll help me get to it at some point. He doesn't want me to stress.

Both of us. We love our sleep. On weekdays he's usually up earlier, on weekends it's me. Afternoon nap sessions are a yes for both of us. Even if there's things to do, napping together is more important.

10 Who is the blanket hog?

Jean. Man will fight me in his sleep for the blanket, which he just kicks off onto the floor anyway about ten minutes later. I don't even bother and instead get another blanket from the hall closet. If Jean wakes up and sees what he did and I haven't woken up yet, he'll tuck me back in.
