ooc;; random idea / headcanon I have for Charlotte Pickles.

Honestly I could see Charlotte being a lesbian ( and while she did fall in love with Drew and even after she came out. ) I feel it started out in high school where Drew was the only one to know she was a lesbian, so he become her beard / fake boyfriend. I like the idea of them being platonic soul mates / queerplatonic. They just never correct people because they are confident in theirselfs that they don't feel the need to prove anything to anyone. Of course, if people are being outright bigots Charlotte has been known to punch a few people in her time.

They are also very open about it to close friends and a few family members. ( I like the idea of Miriam Pataki being Charlotte's sister, the idea is by @maslosstuff here ) So outside of Drew knowing her sister did too.

They are very open and have educated Angelica about themselves and the LGBT+ things. So she's very respectful of those things, she once had a teacher say something offensive about her mom being a lesbian- so she throw a chair at them, cursed them out. She ended up being expelled from school and this hadn't been the first time Angelica had had a meltdown like that. They were worried for her of course, but they were happy that she stood up for her family.

Angelica / Tommy. I feel like I don’t even have to explain myself for tht one. It’s just gross.

Angelica / Chuckie. I just don't understand it. I like the nerdy guy / girl dating the popular mean girl ( w a heart of gold ) trope, but this. I think of them more as Siblings.

ALL GROWN UP! HEADCANONS:

Dil is nonbinary. Uses any pronouns. Pansexual and probably poly.

Angelica is Bisexual.

Phil is gay.

ooc;; given tht Angelica is 3 yrs old n some kids have memories from childhood, I feel like she would have memories of stuff tht happened in both the show / movies. Their p pretty foggy but even if the mind forgets or represses it- the body remembers. I don't think she necessarily has trauma but those things did affect her. I feel like Susie would remember stuff too, but idk how / if it would effect her. Since everything is different n things tht affect others may not affect a said person.

HEADCANON: Charlotte takes pills for anxiety ( And later on high blood pressure. ) For a long time she denied that she had anxiety because she was in the mindset that it was weakness and strong woman don't get anxiety. Hiding her panic attacks for so long, until one day she as one so bad she ends up calling 911 because she thinks she's having a heart attack / dying. It wasn't long before she's on medication. Of course, she still in deny and refuses to take them- once again she goes through a bad panic attack in from of Angelica and of course, the little girl is terrified and thinks her mom is dying / hurt. That's when Charlotte realizes this isn't just about her but Angelica too. That she needs to be a positive rollmodel for her, so that she doesn't end up pushing those those feelings down / internalize it.

HEADCANON: Charlotte would read ( or half the time it was Johnthan, begrudgingly ofc ) Angelica bedtime stories over the phone when she stayed late at work. Drew did most of the time tho. It was hard for them to make time for her but they tried.

ooc;; Angelica seems like tht one kid in school who pulls wings off of flies or stomps on / pours water on ant hills. A lot of kids did growing up, ( I use to stomp ant hills n stuff. Ofc I would cry n be upset tht they’re gone / hurt. Bc, my brain was weird. ) I think it can be a warning sign of more serious problems. But she would grow out of it
