Another day, another excuse to get the angel away from his rainforest in a concrete jungle. Asmodeus had secured himself an invitation to a restaurant opening in Mayfair with a plus one. It was interesting how many new places were opening in the new world. It was as though everybody approached the world anew, he and the angel too. They were spending a lot more time together, and the demon was perfectly alright with that.

He hadn't bothered really announcing his presence, instead strolling into the greenhouse Kabaiel was working diligently in, with his usual bravado. He had sported a fetching royal blue three-piece suit with red accents, brown leather belt and shoes - he called it smart casual, but those looking at him would see a particularly sharply dressed man.

"Kabaiel, my dear boy - wash your hands and get a decent suit on. We have an appointment in Mayfair in two hours for canapes and a decadent amount of Dom Perignon."

Rick hadn't expected to see Valentine's Day being celebrated in Hell. Sure, its inhabitants had put his twisted spin to the whole ordeal, but that didn't change the fact that such holiday felt a little out of place.

In any case, it still beat having to deal with that shit on Earth. At least here they made it look somewhat bearable. Besides, it was a great excuse to stop by Ozzie's. Not just for the booze, but also to see the owner again.

The club was unsurprisingly packed, even more than the usual, and he wouldn't have managed to get in, if he hadn't portalled in, skipping the endless waiting line. He made a beeline for the bar, picking the stool that offered the best view of the stage, wordlessly ordering two drinks.

Blue eyes scanned the crowd, until they finally caught the sight of Asmodeus towering over the rest of the patrons. He waved, barely managing to catch the other's attention in the chaos, and then waited the Sin to join him.

"D-Damn, who would have guessed tha-that you demons would go all out on V-Day," he commented with a huff, sipping his drink and pushing the other towards Asmodeus. "W-What gives, big guy? I-Is it like a fuck festival or-or something around here?"

He was sat in silence, mind tumbling over everything that had happened in the last few weeks. He had never considered himself the unfaithful kind, not once. He still didn't, however there was no denying what had had done... on more than one occasion. He tried to explain it away in his mind, that he was unhappy in his relationship, that things were on the rocks anyway, but regardless of that, he still couldn't justify the fact that he was spending so many intimate moments with this other man. All confusion seemed to dissipate from his body whenever the other would enter the room, and sure enough, when he emerged from the bedroom, Pedro sat upright and managed a soft smile.

The party had only been going on for an hour. He was supposed to be having a good time while greeting guests. Instead it was spent watching that moth instead. Asmodeus had a tight grip on the glass of wine that he was currently holding. He was still holding onto what Valentino and himself once had. So, being at a party where he was watching the other be intimate with other people? It didn't feel good.

As he watched he might've squeezed his glass of wine a little too hard. Causing it to shatter completely. However he doesn't even flinch until, he hears a familiar voice right next to his ear. There's a low growl after realizing that had caused him to shatter the glass he was holding. The good thing was that his staff was already on it and cleaning it up.

"You only wish I were jealous." Asmodeus states. Though it was bad enough that Valentino's statement was true. Ozzie was in fact jealous. It had only been a few months since their break up, so it was hard to watch the stupid moth go around flirting with anyone he deemed worthy.

The sin of lust was already frustrated by the fact that the other's breath alone still caused him to have shivers down his spine. Now seeing him with someone else? Yeah, that stung a little. Even if he had been the one to break it off with Val.

People always talked about them and he couldn't care less what they think. He knew Ozzie loved him and he him...but did they really need to highlight him next to an article about, 'Top 10 ways to land a Sugar Daddy'.
