This is like a 2 inch drawing but I’m so EXCITED FOR THIS MAPÉ

I might swap the positioning of the middle trees and southern coast. A northern coast and a southern trees is more what I’m looking for, and the coast looks better connecting with its adjacent coast in a sort of ‘sunken mountain curve’ shape if it’s up top.

#me.#my art.#gloreals.#(the main aesTHETIC CHOICE of the continent layout is ‘windy wobbly’ so the land is WINDING around the map and the coasts kind of open—#(— into these seas that are basically giant floodplains that go from nearly bare to swelling full in 8 year periods #(either your inland enough/atop trees and mountains that you avoid getting caught in floods #(distant land is unique for having like some of the Only volcanos. so it might effect how I draw it. hmhmhmhmhmm.#(I think it kind of has the spreading quality in the west #(also I guess northern plains folk avoid the floods by just ENDURING THE BLIZZARDS INSTEAD #(god they’re gonna have to be SO FLUFFY and that’s SO SUITING cause I uhhhh am basing them off my mom #(she had crazy curly hair and was thick and buff #(and it was dyed magenta in her last days so kinda seeking pink highlights for these bad bois #(both plains folk stun the arboreal community by having mostly pale feathers (but it’s to reflect sunlight— unlike their arboreal need #(— for camoflauge #(but they tend to paint their feathers or have a few standout highlight colors huhu #(sighs dreamily #(I love this project weeps
