Are ALL fandoms of adapted books full of people that seem to drag the books with EVERY chance they get? Or is it just WoT? I'm really tired of seeing it. Do people not know that the show wouldn't exist without the books? I swear that the sky will be a different shade of blue and it'll be hailed as genius while Robert Jordan's work was crap. IT MAKES NO SENSE. But I also noticed that book readers also hate on the books so I'm confused. IF FANS OF THE BOOK WHY DO YOU HATE THE BOOKS? I've never completed a 15 book series while picking it apart and getting giddy about what the adaptation will change and what you wanna change. Rafe doesn't talk like this. The cast and crew don't talk like this. I'm confused.

hey hey! so sorry for the bother, but lately, i've been thinking about ff7 a lot, as well as the rp community, and i've thought about making a blog for my ff7 oc, but i'm not really sure how to go about reaching out to others, do you havs any advice??

(( Yooooooooooo, anon, never be sorry for asking a question! no questions in the world means no answers, and no answers means we're all dumb as shit lol - apologies for getting back semi late on this I am the slowest human EVER. you should absolutely 5000% GO for it! more-so if it's been playing on your mind because it'll be a good channel for you to exorcize the demon as i like to say ( heid is my lil head goblin lol ).

in terms of reaching out to others, i'd say first up just make sure your blog is clear/concise about what it is - a lot of rpers wont follow back if there's no rules or no obvious character on the blog. for me, that's usually a deal-breaker when it comes to being moot moots. if i check someone's blog and i see like, no rules/expectations + no defined character being written, i get a bit confused and walk away.

in terms of reaching out, honestly - my play is to always just create my blog, make a few aesthetic posts, maybe post a promo (can be a fancy thing or just a lil 'anybody wanna interact' and then follow the rpers you wanna chat/write with! some people will follow back straight away or take time to but if they specifiy they're mutuals only, it's worth bridging that gap with a quick IM after becoming moots just saying 'hey, love your blog - would love to write sometime!' or whatever way you would ya charm.

the rpc as a whole is generally very friendly and its suppppppppppper unlikely anyone will snap back or be mean in response. the worst you'll get is ignored by someone but 9/10 it isn't done deliberately, usually just due to work schedule or high privacy blogs.
