Oh, that’s a thing?  Is it still a thing when one has already thrown one’s email address into the queue?

I think I’m good with waiting, A) so if I run out of steam by that point then I just won’t bother, and B) I don’t know if the site would tell an inviter when the invitee had signed up, but waiting means I can be 100% sure of my total anonymity over there as I gently die of All The Feelings.  I’ll be dead either way, but at least I’ll keep my dignity.
