Watching this guy a bit, and his take on the idea of 'dopamine detox' seems a lot more sustainable for people who were interested in trying that out
#Vio's Personal#By some of his vid titles I can tell I don't agree with him on everything- however#I still think he's able to explain some stuff in neuroscience? etc that's really cool and useful#There's a chance this kind of thing might help with my emotional numbness so I want to try it at some point#But probably when the weather is good so I can spend a lot of time outside#Apparently it can also help with being stuck in 'I know I should x but I can't make myself' outside of ADHD#(idk if he ever claims it'd be helpful to ADHD peeps or not)#But for peeps like me who acquired ADHD symptoms as adults?
