Learned recently that not only can tense neck and shoulder muscles cause headaches but the other way around works too! So if you have a headache! That can make your neck tense up! Except that will then of course loop around to giving you a headache! On top of your already existing headache!

I did not learn this in a pleasant way

#this is not fun and i don't enjoy this #like... usually i get tense muscles from not stretching enough after training #and the usual stuff like... sitting badly #but i know how to deal with those and some stretches + warmth + ibu + a good night's sleep make them go away usually #this one? I've had this one for days #it is punching through the ibu #anyway. got training tomorrow #we have a physiotherapist on the team maybe she'll fix my muscles after training if i ask nicely #(the original headache probably comes from the lingering but mild ear infection my gp refuses to properly treat)#(he sent me to the ear specialist but guess how easily or quickly you get appointments there)#(in this town like? 4 are on holiday? one i reached but doesn't accept new patients and one has the earliest slots in july)#(and bc it's so mild I'd probably get send away if i went to the emergency one)#(so.... yeah)#(gonna call two of the holiday ones on monday they'll be back then)#(and if that doesn't work guess I'll... idk. go to the emergency one and refuse to leave i guess)#(my gp thinks it doesn't need antibiotics and a proper cleaning of the ear would do it but he can't do it bc he doesn't have the equipment)#(i would simply like all the lymphnodes in my head to stop being swollen)#(did not know you had lymphnodes on the back of your head)#(but yes you do)
