Fun fact! It's ability to do the gulmp makes the Kererū really important for Aotearoa's ecosystem - it's the only bird left that's big enough to be able to swallow the seeds of a lot of trees there which is crucial for dispersal and therefore the continued survival of those species of trees

Additional less fun fact: in other parts of the world plants with big seeds have lost their dispersers - avocados used to get dispersed by megafauna like giant sloths - which are extinct now so avocado seeds have a hard time getting away from their parent tree unless a random jaguar comes by and decides it would like a veggie snack for a change. Luckily for the avocado humans really like it so we're keeping it around.

no shade to that one PA but how on earth did they fill three pages solving the train question? I know the intrepid heroes and Brennan are theatre kids that can't do math so they don't know but it's truly just 60x = -70x + 110 and then solving for x. That's MAX half a page. did they do it the hardest way possible just for the bit?

Nah but everyone agreed that the energy two weeks from now would be wild and the intrepid heroes wouldn't know what kind of battle was coming up (and even Brennan wouldn't know when exactly they'd get to it) - I think that comment was more about their shooting schedule. I think they're either filming a lot of D20 in like one day or maybe filming something else in between too (my best bet would be the game changer season finale or smth else that includes a lot of cast)

I think next episode will officially be the rat grinders v bad kids fight in the cave with the blue dragon from one of the previews (Still wondering if it’ll be Oisin or his rich grandma tho.)

Brennan said check the energy two adventuring parties from now in last week’s episode. The adventuring party next week will either be post-rat grinders show down or right in the middle of it based on how the pacing has been with battles. We’re in for some shit.
