#sloane#sloane cosplay#taz cosplay#the adventure zone#story and song#ahhhhh the resolution and graininess kinda got blown out but i wanted that sweet sweet backlighting 👌👌#taz spoilers#cosplay#i'm so damn grateful that the mcelroys exist in this world and are producing things and actively trying to make the world better#i just passed the mbmbam episodes around election time and#they tried their hardest to be jokey and positive but every episode was bookended by reassurances and#-when the need came-#news about campaigns they were participating in for the aclu and ways to get support#they are so genuinely good and are willing to learn and change (all the stuff about accidentally contributing to the lesbian death trope)#(and then the push to include a transgender character who gets one of the most important roles as an NPC)#(the thoughtful and nuanced response to the fracas about blue taako in the graphic novel)#they're just#always trying to do their best and#GOSH i always go off on the QUALITY of their humour because#this is genuine comedy!!!!!#you don't need to punch down to make a joke#in fact#it turns out that if you just find humour in situations and absurdity and yourself#it makes for a hell of a better laugh#i had on mbmbam while experimenting with this makeup and was laughing so hard at one point that#i couldn't trust myself to keep painting steady lines#listening to mbmbam qualifies as an ab workout#anyways i love this podcast and the creators hbu
