Yuri was eating a sweet bread under a tree just taking a short break from killing monster outside of town.

˚. ✦.˳·˖✶ ⋆. — a glimpse of interest came from the crow who was nestled nicely on top of a branch just a few feet above the stranger who ate down below. she did not care for the person but more for the sweet in his hand.

the little crow hopped down the branch. her eyes never left the sweet treat that lingered in his hands, as she was now coming down. the rustle of the branches, the flutter of the leaves, the man would soon be visited by an unexpected guest who hopped near his boot, and tilted it's small head as it was interested in the treat more than him.
