1. Are you named after anyone?

Kind of? My mom saw my name on the credits for Reading Rainbow. It means "little lioness", which they love to joke about now, since I'm so short!

2. When was the last time you cried?

Yesterday. Not 100% sure why. Just a lot of stuff happening all at once.

3. Do you have/want kids?

Yes. ;)

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

No, never!!

5. What’s the first thing you notice about people? 

Eyes, smile, shoes. Those three things, but not necessarily that order. In fact, usually it's their shoes first. You can tell a lot about somebody from their shoes.

6. What’s your eye color? 

Blue. Azul. Blau. Lipid pools of the tides at sunset.

7. Scary film or happy ending? 

Happy ending. I don't even mind some scary movies, but it has to end "well". Otherwise it will bother me and I will rewrite it a million times in my head because I'm so sour about it.

8. Any special talents? 

Reading kids books. I get really into it, and then they do too. I've had people tell me their kid got upset because they weren't reading in the right voice for a character, haha.

9. Where were you born? 

Peoria, IL, USA! On the coldest night ever recorded (at the time, I dunno about now), and it was winter solstice. Maybe that's why I love the cold so much??

10. What are your hobbies? 

Writing, drawing, reading, weaving, painting, making stuff like dollhouses out of shoeboxes or anything like that. Mostly writing. But pretty much anything I can do hands-on, I really enjoy. :)

11. Do you have any pets? 

A mini american eskimo and 2 bunnies!

12. What sports do you play/have played?

Soccer, softball, basketball, MaRcHiNg BaNd. 8)

13. How tall are you?

4'11". Yes, you read that right.

14. Favorite subject in school?

 I love anthropology, but music and english classes will probably always be my favorite.

15. Dream Job? 

Fiction author!!!!!!

I love the estrangers who reach out to make sure you’re okay. I love the readers who interact and compliment. I love new followers who go through your blog appreciating every post like they’re at an art gallery admiring paintings on a wall. I love all the memes and reactions pics sent in the ask box. I love the keyboard smash. I love the reblogs with additions to a post they felt deeply about. I love the pet names and mutual appreciation between writers. I love the looking after each other and messaging the other to let them know that something’s wrong. I love how everything is a way to bring people together.
