Practicar ciclismo de montaña es un deporte que genera emoción. Ciertamente es considerado por muchos como una actividad riesgosa debido a los circuitos que deben cumplirse. Por tal razón, es necesario que las bicicletas estén en buen estado y para eso lo mejor es adquirir los repuestos en una tienda MTB que ofrece calidad y diversidad al mismo tiempo.

El ciclismo de montaña no tiene sentido sin este vehículo de dos ruedas. De allí la importancia de realizar el debido mantenimiento, pues ante una falla podría generarse un accidente fatal. Actualmente hay tiendas físicas y online que poseen un amplio catálogo de productos que pueden comprarse para que nada le falta a la bici.

Aunque algunos les parezca una pérdida de tiempo,se sugiere que antes de cada salida se prepare el kit de herramientas. Lo ideal es que estas sean pequeñas y se encuentren en perfecto funcionamiento. Guía general de cuidado

Para quien no lo sabe este transporte de dos ruedas necesita un mantenimiento regular, en especial si se le da un uso constante. Lo más recomendable es que se realice después de cada salida mayor a 25 kilómetros, así se podrán ajustar las piezas flojas y lubricar aquellas partes que lo requieran.

De acuerdo a la estación del año las medidas de precaución varían. Por ejemplo, si es verano resulta fundamental limpiarla del polvo en el ambiente, pues, de lo contrario, se creará una capa sobre ciertos elementos que afectarán el funcionamiento. Ahora bien, en cuanto al invierno hay que evitar el proceso de oxidación causado por el contacto de los lubricantes con el agua.

En ocasiones, los neumáticos se ven afectados para el endurecimiento de los frenos. Ante este problema lo mejor es revisar que no estén engarrotados. En el caso de que esto ocurra, tan solo es necesario parar la bicicleta sobre las manillas y hacer que giren con normalidad. Recuerda que la distancia entre ambas partes debe ser mínimo de 0,60 cm.

Cada cierto tiempo hay que cambiar las pastillas de frenos. No cometas el error de comprar las universales, en especial si la bicicleta es de montaña, porque esto solo le causará un daño mayor.
